Kowet were forced into a substitution as B. Brem couldn't continue due to some rough treatment, forcing A. Louzano to come in off the bench. J. Wansink knocked one home from a counterattack down the right wing, making the score 0 - 1 after 7 minutes. After 18 minutes, SiUo raised their score by one when K. Arrizuriaga's dangerous low cross was cleverly tucked in at the near post by I. Frasquet. 1 - 1. After 20 minutes, Kowet's P. Vaglio Bianco made his way through the middle and nonchalantly placed the ball out of the keeper's reach, putting the visitors up 1 - 2. SiUo put pressure on the visitors' central defence 29 minutes into the game, but I. Frasquet couldn't find an opening. The teams went for the halftime break at 1 - 2. Neither team were able to dominate possession this half.

P. Vaglio Bianco wanted to play on, but the Kowet coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 46 minutes into the game by A. Skrzyszowski. A. Goschler-Praxmarer left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 46 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. G. Vonarburg was the replacement. With 48 minutes played, SiUo's A. Elizalde found an opening in the visitors' left side defence, but his shot was handled easily by the keeper. Against a lesser team, Kowet could very well have succeeded with their smart indirect free kick routine after 51 minutes. A trio of passes took the ball all the way past the defenders, but by then the intended recipient was already blocked off and the keeper could make a leisurely save. A. Skrzyszowski of Kowet received a yellow card after 58 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. 59 minutes into the match, SiUo's M. Plantalech maneuvered his way around the opposition on the left flank, delighting the crowd with his twists and turns. The effort paid off as the ball found the back of the net, evening the score at 2 - 2. Kowet had no available replacements when P. Massot had to leave the game after 65 minutes because of a pulled tendon, leaving the team a man short. Kowet took the lead 76 minutes into the game, making the score 2 - 3 after some elegant movement down the middle. A. Louzano was the scorer. Kowet had most of the ball, with 53 percent of possession.

SiUo's best player was J. Moital. F. Martínez Rueda on the other hand, had a terrible day. The most dominating Kowet player was without a doubt A. Mindur. J. Wansink turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 2 - 3.
