Things were deteriorating for the away team as Lichte scored another to make it 2 - 0 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for O. Schäffers after 13 minutes. After this, you could see that the players of Lichte were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. M. Schwanbeck could have put Lichte up one more, but he fired into the side netting after breaking free on the left after 14 minutes. Ater 22 minutes R. Pečauskas seized on an opportunistic attack from the right, and scored for ROLKEDA making it 2 - 1. It was 2 - 1 at the break. Lichte had most of the ball, with 55 percent of possession.

After 59 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and C. Conrads gave the Lichte supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 3 - 1. ROLKEDA's R. Pečauskas was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 64 minutes. E. Talkačiauskas behaved like an inexperienced youth player after 69 minutes as he gave the ball away to D. Finnern. Lucky for him though, there was no goal. The sunny day didn't make things easy for M. Achterhöven who didn't seem his usual powerful self on the pitch. After 71 minutes, a couple of quick and successful challenges followed by a shot from just outside the penalty area by D. Finnern might have resulted in another goal for Lichte. However, S. Terranova made a spectacular save. The visitors' right side was dangerous today; E. Rafaelis made the home team's keeper look foolish as he easily reduced the lead to make it 3 - 2 74 minutes into the match. With 75 minutes played, Lichte's D. Finnern almost extended the lead, but his shot from the left glanced off the top of the bar to fall behind the net. Things were going to get worse for the visitors. M. Schwanbeck squirmed through their central defence after 76 minutes, increasing the lead to 4 - 2. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Lichte, with 57 percent of the ball.

The most dominating Lichte player was without a doubt M. Schwanbeck. A. Schiemelau on the other hand, had a terrible day. ROLKEDA's top performer was clearly E. Rafaelis. S. Terranova was a disappointment, however. The match ends 4 - 2.
