The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! At this point, it was obvious that the players of Mokimbo lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. A. Haaja was called on to replace Hämy's J. Renkolainen after 44 minutes following a nasty collision. Halftime score was 2 - 0. A great save by keeper A. Lybeck after 49 minutes kept the visitors in the game after E. Stame struck from the left with a real cannonball. After 50 minutes, Hämy switched A. Devault with A. Väistö, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch. After 63 minutes, E. Stame put Mokimbo ahead 3 - 0 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. Mokimbo's top performer was clearly E. Stame. A. Mauriello on the other hand, had a terrible day. A. Wijsenbeek performed admirably for Hämy. A. MacSorley turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 5 - 0.
