Brandén in a great mood, and he showed off his technical skills all match long. Things were going to get worse for the visitors. J. Jocić squirmed through their central defence after 39 minutes, increasing the lead to 2 - 0. The teams went for the halftime break at 2 - 0. Hormiguitas had most of the ball, with 84 percent of possession.

With 48 minutes played, Hormiguitas put themselves up 3 - 0 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to A. Edvinsson, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. After 58 minutes, Hormiguitas sent a free kick in high over the penalty box. In what looked like a well-rehearsed move, the ball was headed backwards and reached F. Brache, who had plenty of space to place a well aimed shot - 4 - 0. Schneider wanted to play on, but the Hormiguitas coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 60 minutes into the game by F. Schoeler. Gugleta swung in a good chance from the left, but the visitors' defence were able to clear the ball. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Hormiguitas, with 85 percent of the ball.

Most important Hormiguitas player was O. Infulati. M. Schmausser was a disappointment, however. The most dominating Fältabacken player was without a doubt P. Viikari. On the other hand, A. Lundh's play was disheartening. The match ends 5 - 0.
