Clouds darkened the skies at JM4E Arena as 4883 spectators turned up for the match. Karst Laponder was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Joakim Ramen and Lenz Mikosch. JM4E decided to use a 4-4-2 set up. Lineup: Cavaliere - Toninelli, Leperdi, Dell'Unto, Raden - Faggi, Giulivo, Quaratino, Troio - Gragnani, Villano.

The visiting A. Zaffonato was booed thoroughly by the home crowd 10 minutes into the game, after he broke through the middle and scored, resulting in the visitors taking the lead. 0 - 1 was the score. J. Gatter of Lokomotiv took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 11 minutes which increased the away team's lead to 0 - 2. A. Zaffonato increased Lokomotiv's lead to 0 - 3 with a superb free kick strike that flew in just under the far top corner. By now, the players in Lokomotiv felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. Some fine movement on the left led to a Lokomotiv goal after 35 minutes, making it 0 - 4. F. Soro was noted down as the scorer. A. Zaffonato left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 40 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. M. Abalyaev was the replacement. 0 - 4 was the score after the first half. Lokomotiv claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 76 percent.

Lokomotiv increased their lead after 61 minutes when F. Foguet broke through on the right, upping the score to 0 - 5, much to the home crowd's dismay. One of many good crosses from M. Abalyaev on the wing was received and skillfully taken care of by M. Baliño, who scored for Lokomotiv. 0 - 6 The home keeper was stunned 68 minutes into the match when he misjudged the free kick by G. Farigu and dived in the wrong direction. The visitors increased the lead to 0 - 7. The referee showed JM4E's P. Gragnani the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Unfortunately for Lokomotiv, A. Chiozza was injured when the game became more physical, and he had to leave the field. B. Žuanić replaced him. M. Baliño received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 71 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 8. The Lokomotiv fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. 75 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 0 - 9 as F. Foguet finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. The visitors' A. Terrosi took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 76 minutes into the match. 0 - 10 for Lokomotiv. 81 minutes into the game, Lokomotiv seemed a little tentative in their play as their organization fell to inadequate. 82 minutes into the game, Lokomotiv worked the left side industriously creating several opportunities to add to their lead, but just couldn't apply the finishing touch. Lokomotiv had most of the ball, with 79 percent of possession.

The most dominating JM4E player was without a doubt F. Toninelli. P. Giulivo was a disappointment, however. Lokomotiv's best player was J. Gatter. However, B. Žuanić made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 0 - 10.
