BF 2 - 2 Supelco
(383864403)

21-07-2012 15.30
47228 spectators arrived at
BF SC Arena, where weather conditions were pretty good for football.
Stefano Roselli was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Bertrand Bensoussan and
Moritz Petignat.
Everyone was excited about the upcoming
Budapest derby and the crowd was divided evenly.
BF had chosen a strategic 2-5-3 formation.
Starters: Erlandsen - Hargi, Pitarch - Garschin, Espasens, Průša, Filppa, Marin - van der Made, Krzesak, De Florio.
A 3-5-2 alignment was the formation of choice for Supelco.
The following players took the field: Szilárd - Tuhkonen, Fenger, Mitrev - Beigl, Hellmeier, Ruiz Mora, Misiak, Rachwał - Ruso, Dombi.
Supelco were mostly trying to use their skill at attacking on the flanks.
Supelco were determined to attack on the wing and their central attempts were constantly abandoned in favour of the wings.
Some good play on the left wing created an opportunity for the visitors 21 minutes into the match, and
M. Rachwał wasn't about to let it go by. He got past the defenders and fired a shot that the keeper just missed. 0 - 1 for the visitors.
BF tried to even things up by sending a long ball towards the centrally placed strikers, but the visitors' defence got the best of this rather direct style of play.
BF's
K. Krzesak put his head to a well placed ball, lifted in from the left, and scored to make the score 1 - 1 with 27 minutes showing on the scoreboard clock.
After 40 minutes, Supelco put themselves up 1 - 2, as
M. Hellmeier finished off a strike from the left with a real cannonball of a shot.
S. Ruiz Mora could have added one to the visitors' lead if his free kick had gone just a little lower.
1 - 2 was the score after the first half.
BF claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 53 percent.
After 51 minutes of play,
K. Krzesak evened things up for BF with an impressive goal coming up the middle. 2 - 2.
BF made a bid to take the lead as a ball coming in on the right hand side left
S. van der Made completely alone with keeper
I. Szilárd, who made a spectacular block.
O. Ruso had a good opportunity to give Supelco the lead as he charged down the right and struck the ball towards the top corner, but the home team's goalkeeper made the save.
BF enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 55 percent of possession.
Most important BF player was
Š. Průša.
E. Erlandsen was a disappointment, however.
The most dominating Supelco player was without a doubt
M. Rachwał.
On the other hand,
G. Dombi's play was disheartening.
The match ends 2 - 2.
