The home crowd was not impressed when C. Karwaszewski came in from the right, shooting hard to score after 47 minutes. K.S.SZAMANI were now up 0 - 2. When O. Smerdel made yet another studs-first tackle after 54 minutes, the referee was obliged to book the K.S.SZAMANI player for the second time, sending him off the pitch. The home side worked their way through the middle and almost got one back when M. Vecina tried to sneak the ball past the keeper. D. Van Overvelt was too alert for that! The corner kick from A. K.S.SZAMANI's S. Vermeulen's long shot really ought to have found the net 65 minutes into the match, but it fell just wide of the target. Archanioły had a good opportunity to attack on the wing, but remembered their instructions to go for middle attacks. After 68 minutes, R. Pretro made a dash down the middle past the away team's defenders to score the goal that made it 2 - 2.
