previous 2/4 next 4/4  TyramyFC 3 - 2 POZNAŃ (387804199)

Fairly good weather for football had drawn a crowd of 5854 to Tyramy FC Arena. Melker Mathiasson was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Stephan Vugolle and Jannes Krabbenpuhler. TyramyFC tactics involved an interesting 4-4-2 combination. Lineup: Fras - Kulczyk, Peregończuk, Kuleszewicz, Graff - Drabik, Liżewski, Drążkiewicz, Hałas - Jasionowski, Cyluk.

POZNAŃ started off with a 4-4-2 lineup. The following players had been chosen: Maciejewski - Kostra, Ruszkowski, Froehlich, Dołba - Sarniak, Junko, Gorol, Rzeszutek - Łazęcki, Potocki.

POZNAŃ's L. Gorol was shown a yellow card after 19 minutes for slicing down an opponent. The player down was K. Jasionowski. The TyramyFC bench looked worried for a while, but in the end he managed to get up. They were singing the praises of T. Kulczyk 26 minutes into the match after his speculative chip from the middle of the penalty box found its way over the visitors' keeper to make the score 1 - 0 to TyramyFC. The visitors' R. Sarniak was alert after a cross coming in from the left, levelling the score at 1 - 1 after 27 minutes. TyramyFC's G. Cyluk had to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines, after twisting his ankle with 37 minutes having been played. D. Franczak was the replacement. B. Rzeszutek dispatched a majestic long shot 38 minutes into the match, but missed the goal by a few metres. POZNAŃ's R. Sarniak got himself booked for a foul. 1 - 1 was the halftime score. POZNAŃ claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 63 percent.

POZNAŃ took the lead after 56 minutes making the score 1 - 2. M. Łazęcki placed the ball out of reach for the home side's keeper after a fine move, coming in from the left. Almost all the way down to the corner flag, TyramyFC's T. Hałas somehow managed to get a perfect pass into the middle, impossible to miss for D. Franczak, who struck for 2 - 2. 73 minutes into the match, POZNAŃ nearly took the lead, as D. Junko broke through on the right. A. Fras made the save, however. TyramyFC broke through on the left 74 minutes into the game, with M. Drabik firing in from an acute angle to give the home side a 3 - 2 lead. POZNAŃ enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 59 percent of possession.

TyramyFC's best player was D. Franczak. A. Fras on the other hand, had a terrible day. Most important POZNAŃ player was D. Junko. D. Maciejewski was a disappointment, however. The match ends 3 - 2.
