Hotshot were mostly trying to use their skill at attacking on the flanks. Today, Alvarged's strategy involved concentrating on the flanks for their attacks. Alvarged were determined to attack on the wing and their central attempts were constantly abandoned in favour of the wings. A counterattack by Alvarged after 15 minutes could have resulted in a goal, but M. Stjerne, coming in on the left, couldn't get the shot off. With 22 minutes played, B. Strunge of Alvarged fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. This was a good period for the visitors, with several opportunities to take the lead, particularly when K. Flindt slipped through the defence on the right to come up alone against K. Møllebjerg, but the home side's keeper showed his lightning reflexes. After 34 minutes Alvarged tried to exploit their counterattacking skills, unfortunately, M. Gichure's shot sailed wide after his break down the right. 0 - 0 was the score after the first half. Possession in this half belonged to Hotshot, who controlled the ball 53 percent of the time.

Alvarged's M. Gichure refused to leave the field after injuring his achilles tendon after 51 minutes. K. Flindt had a good try after 52 minutes, coming in on a fine move from the left, but the ball went wide. The celebrations in the stands could only mean one thing - R. Bjørn's free kick had found the back of the net and put Hotshot ahead 1 - 0! After 57 minutes, Alvarged used a short break in the game to take new instructions from their coach. Unhappy with the result so far in the game, the Alvarged manager used a brief break in play after 57 minutes to give the players new directives. With 64 minutes played, the Alvarged coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around. K. El-Suleiman came on, M. Gichure had to leave the fray. Although the whole team were struggling to impress, Alvarged's C. Wittendorff was singled out as being the problem as he was called off the pitch after 64 minutes. G. Hede was given a chance to change things around. Things were going to get worse for the visitors. S. Rysgaard squirmed through their central defence after 64 minutes, increasing the lead to 2 - 0. Alvarged's M. Bøgild had to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines, after twisting his ankle with 67 minutes having been played. J. Sander was the replacement. The swift technical skills of G. Hede were often too much for the tall but somewhat slow T. Amdisen who was humiliated after 68 minutes. He'll be breathing a huge sigh of relief after the final shot went wide. J. Hemmingsen left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 70 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. L. Berthelsen was the replacement. 71 minutes into the game, Hotshot were awarded a penalty that R. Bjørn turned into 3 - 0 without a problem. S. Rysgaard wanted to play on, but the Hotshot coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 75 minutes into the game by H. Holt. The coach of Hotshot was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 75 minutes, L. Outzen came on for J. Falk. Hotshot had most of the ball, with 59 percent of possession.

Hotshot's best player was K. Møllebjerg. C. Tomasson turned in a dismal performance, however. The most dominating Alvarged player was without a doubt I. Harding. R. Vadstrup on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 3 - 0.
