Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Framengo, with 67 percent of the ball.

61 minutes had elapsed when a great chance for Framengo to take the lead after a good cross from the right found H. Bezner alone with the keeper, but he chipped it to the wrong side of the post. F. Memeo of Vascao was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. A lunatic dribble by L. Wołoszka, in front of his own keeper, set up Framengo's L. Lamande for an embarrassingly easy strike after 77 minutes. 1 - 0! After 78 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and G. Morreale gave the Framengo supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 2 - 0. After 79 minutes, a couple of quick and successful challenges followed by a shot from just outside the penalty area by L. Lamande might have resulted in another goal for Framengo. However, B. Vogrinc made a spectacular save. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of Framengo to 3 - 0 as L. Lamande finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. Confident in their lead, Framengo's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. A. Carlby sailed high above the opponents as he headed in a corner kick from P. Cobisi after 86 minutes of play, making the score 3 - 1. Possession in this half belonged to Framengo, who controlled the ball 71 percent of the time.

C. Calpetard performed admirably for Framengo. H. Bezner turned in a dismal performance, however. Vascao's best player was P. Cobisi. However, D. Condorcanqui made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 3 - 1.
