Due to an all-day shower, 1656 paying spectators got to see a match on a pitch-turned-bog at Green Arena. Ströbel could've grabbed a goal for Platinum 15 minutes in when he got a pass from the left putting him free of the home side's defence, but he was unable to take advantage of the situation. 2 - 0 was the score after the first half. Drink claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 61 percent.

Coming from the right, M. Kropidłowski almost managed to score another goal for Drink, but his header was tipped over the bar by the visitors' keeper. The home side's Ł. Piłka came close to extending the lead 83 minutes into the game. His shot came in from the right hand side but S. Izad Manesh managed to save it with an unbelievable reaction stop. Possession in this half belonged to Drink, who controlled the ball 62 percent of the time.

A. Borko performed admirably for Drink. K. Sulkowski turned in a dismal performance, however. Platinum's best player was S. Stützle. However, S. Izad Manesh made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 2 - 0.
