11-05-2013 A New Transformation

Our last campaign was a failure mainly due to my ill-preparedness and the lack of quality in our squad. This new season will see the infusion of new players to prepare for the next WCQ. We have only one season to prepare this squad of players into world challengers. My criterias for team owners with aspirations to have their players don our national colours are as follows:

1. Complete dedication to the player's training regiment, including a minimal stamina requirements.

2. Strict adherence to a non-transfer policy during the tenure of the player in our U-20 squad, exceptions only under extreme conditions, ie team turning inactive or team owner switching training.

3. U-20 coach has total prerogative on players' selection.

4. Having a national player in your team, is by extension a sense of loyalty for our country, Malaysia. Have respect for that.
