Big suprise in R4

This week, we interview an up and coming manager, who is working hard to build a good team and is hoping this season to get promoted. This week, he has the honor of hosting England's current top team in the cup.

Your team, M.C.F.C mario has knocked out former Premiership side Stinging Scorpions in the last round (540035703) who are currently doing some rebuilding. This was still a tough match for you but you won and now face the number 1 team in England, h00ligans, in R4. How do you feel about this?

We are still in shock, but I did feel that they were going to send out a mixed squad in our cup game. That cup game and Sunday's league game is already past history. We are focusing now on this next cup game against h00ligans. This match is a big honor and a big event for us & our fans. For the first time in our history we played against a team from the second division and now we playing against the top team. So now we have to solve the problem as to how to find solid form in our players. The achievement is great. I'm still very happy.

You took charge of your team on 2nd October 2013, how did you hear about hattrick, and please tell us about your choice of team name?

My friend started to play and every time when we met he told me something about hattrick, so I started to wonder if maybe I could be a better manager then he is.

About my team name, my favorite team is ManCity. So MCFC. Mario because when I play football, my friends call me SuperMario. No one can beat me, I play as a CB.

If you have a favourite tune of 2015 so far, please provide a link to vimeo/utube/soundcloud for us to listen, but an older classic tune, or a favourite Polish act would be just as interesting?

I have had no time to this year to find something interesting. But I always like to hear Eminem's "Lose Yourself", only one chance to achieve success (https://vimeo.com/60259400)

If a fan wanted to buy you a pint, which pub or bar would it be easiest to find you in, and what's your poison?

I'm always happy to meet new people. my favorite drink is Heineken or Lech (Polish beer) (http://www.gimmickvfx.com/img/front2/lech_drinking.jpg) or just Coca-Cola :). Bar N/A

What do you think about the proposed changes to the match engine starting next season, with scoring on playmakers and playmaking on normal forwards now becoming skills that will increase ratings?

I think everything here will make for a better game. All these changes will do is give advantage to the for dedicated managers, compared to someone who logs in once a month and sets his team for few games. I hate that. I understand that some people have no time to check their team every day, but some of us deserve to achieve a bit more and to join the elite of managers.

Please provide a link to your favourite work of art?

(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aodh09ptgMk) Paul Merson's reaction...

Your manager page states that you are a Manchester City fan. Is Raheem Steling going to help you win the Premiership again, and is he really worth £49m or is he just going to sit on the bench do you think?

I believe he will co-operate fantastically well with Sergio (Aguero) just like he did with Suarez. Of course, this transfer is over priced, but there is no-one on the market who can provide or add some real quality to the City team. Lets wait and see. I do hope we are going to be champions this season, or at least that the battle for the title this year will very passionate.

Please tell us how/where you met your other half (or last conquest), and how he/she feels about your hattrick addiction?

We met for the first time 14 years ago at a party. Now, we have 3 kids and she doesn't have any problem if I spend some time to play hattrick. Every day I work hard, doing 12 hour days for my family and she understands that.
I have also compromised my big Passion (football) for my family.

Have you ever been to a hattrick social event, if so please tell us about it, if not will you please arrange one?

No, never been to one. I'm happy to arrange something though.

When was the last time you kicked a ball, and what happened?

Today. Every Sunday I go with my son for training, and every Thursday I play football with my friends at Leyton Orient Sports Ground.
