The transfer engine has beenstopped since 19:32, which means no transfers will be executed. It will remain so until we're more sure that normal operations are restored, then we'll start it again. Transfers will then be extended, and given what time it is now (22.00 HT-time) - deadlines are likely to be extended by 24 hours when that happens.

Update: All transfers with a deadline between 19:32 and 00:30 HT time have been extended by 24 hours.
