Long time friends of Swansea Denver are set to face off against our new series rivals Crimson Angels.

Crimson Angels recently promoted from VI into our division after winning their qualifier. They got off to a good start to the new V season after winning their first game.

Hopefully that luck runs out when they face our friends Quincey Place.

True to his word, Coach Pederzoli continues with his spring cleaning. Gone is under-acheiving experiment IM Marcello Pucci, Super CD/WB Vladmir Banjeglav, who while still cranking out big defensive numbers, was getting long in the tooth. Along with Vladmir, it has now been confirmed that star IM Berald "Nutcracker" Winklhofer has been traded away as well. W Lenny Toftdal who should have been a solid addition to our winger core...just never developed, even though he arrived with some very impressive stats, Coach Pederzoli wasted no time in giving him the boot. While there may be some additional thinning of the squad...Coach P stated that he was going to step for a moment and see who he has, that actually has left that can actually contribute. This latest round of house cleaning may almost certainly send the PPN's into the jaws of relegation. We shall see...

After being given almost 3 yrs. roughly 13 HT seasons, the man with the deep pockets finally had enough. Coach Vaclavs Dizglais was fired after being promoted from the squad in 10/11/09 as a fine IM. Bishe didn't waste anytime however. Star winger Stelvio Pederzoli has taken over the vacant coaching spot, and has been assured that he will be given ample freedom to shape the team as he see's fit. No more said...Then done. Gone is starting Striker Serba, Keeper Kalliger, CD/WB Andy White, and longtime PPN Super Middie "Nutcracker" Winklhofer on the trade market as we speak. Pederzoli has stated that there may or may be several others to part ways with the team. He explains that it is time that the PPN's must get back to a talented youthful squad, with just a small mix of vets in the lineup. Stelvio stated that he has had a lengthy discussion with PPN management, and told them that in all likelihood we will relegate this coming season. Bishe agreed, as well as the rest of his "yes men"

Madieu Stanton (360702665) who came into his own as a first team forward last season has asked for a transfer. He came to coach Piojo last week with the request for a change of scenery and coach Piojo has decided to honor his request.

He is available now for transfer at the starting price of 800,000.

The Development Academy for the East Orchard Mesa Fightin' Peaches, the Peach Fuzz, announces the hire of regional scout Don Foreman. Foreman has been assigned the Georgia territory and is 60 years old, and has been involved with various capacities in youth soccer for about two weeks.

Prior to that Mr. Foreman was actively involved with the CSU Agricultural Extension office investigating the Peach Blight that was a plague on valley peaches. He also served for over twenty years on the Peach Growers Association of Palisade (also known as the 'Peach Board').

Rumors that Mr. Foreman was sent to Georgia to infect their orchards with the peach blight, to encourage UofGA research toward a cure or other nefarious and spurious allegations that Mr. Foreman is surreptitiously using scouting as a cover for trying to take grafts of high producing trees in Georgia, are hereby completely refuted as "baseless allegations."
