Promotion from IV līgas
These are the league leaders in this division that at this moment are just above and below the limit for promotion without having to play a qualification game. The teams above the line (and all leaders with even more points, goals and so forth) would be promoted directly if the season were over. The teams below the line (and those with less points etc) would have to play qualification games.
