Talk with U21 Coach Retsnam

In my role as Germany's Racing Reporter I had a pleasant talk with Retsnam (5291131), the current Coach of the U21 Finland, about his campaign. I talked with him about his experience as U21 coach, a little private stuff and about his campaign.

Racing Reporter: Welcome to Finland's U21 coach. Tell us, who is Retsnam?

Retsnam: I am 44 years old, software engineer and father of two small boys. I started HT back in 2006, I was introduced in to this game by my workmate. There have been some times that I have been inactive as I guess most of us have, but for the last few years I've been more and more active. When my own team went in rebuild mode, I tried to get behind the wheel of the national team and here we are now. I really like U21 as it feels like there is more than one way to do things.

Racing Reporter: How has your campaign been?

Retsnam: It's my first time as a National team coach. I have made lots of mistakes during my run so far. Mistakes in training, match orders, tactics, substitutes and so on. My target is to improve and make less and less mistakes as we move forward. Even with all of these mistakes, I think that we have done very well so far, there are also lots of things that we have done right. I have a great team of extremely good managers helping me out with this journey. Thanks a lot guys for helping me out.
We have managed to qualify for the 3rd round.

Racing Reporter: Kiitos Retsnam for this interview. Anything else you want to add to the community?

Retsnam: I'd like to also thank our Finnish HT community for being involved. Thanks raija! Congratulations for all of the managers who made it this far and better luck next time for the managers that unfortunately have been eliminated.
