FCTJ 7 - 0 RDT 2005

Dark skies made several of the 194 spectators at Factor Junior Arena contemplate an early return journey, but the rain held off. Starters: Chakroski - Kanevche, Çela - Angelkovski, Janevski, Novaković, Gjondedaj, Najdovski - Kolevski, Chomovski, Kalchoski.

The picks for today were: Cioagă - Bendriş, Nedelea, Echim, Contor - Pielaru, Tacotă, Guşă, Pisică - Răucea, Ceserean.

Factor Junior started the game in a 2-5-3 formation, whereas Austria Miorcani U21 lined up in a 4-4-2 formation. The FCTJ boys gained the lead after 12 minutes of the game: 1 to 0. Dimitrije Novaković made that look simple with a half-volley shot just below the bar from the centre of the goal area. Miroslav Kolevski of FCTJ was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. It was group hug time yet again, when FCTJ pushed ahead to 2 - 0. Ruse Chomovski was the center of attention, having moved deftly through the middle to find his angle, not hesitating when he did. After 29 minutes, FCTJ's Lend Gjondedaj received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. FCTJ congratulated themselves after the 3 - 0 goal, which meant they had increased their lead. Lejdi Çela came running from the right side and did not stop until he was standing inside the goal with the ball. FCTJ's Dimitrije Novaković extended the home team's lead to 4 - 0 with a penalty kick after 34 minutes had been played. The goalie should probably have stopped that one. 4 - 0 was the score after the first half. FCTJ didn't seem to want to give the ball away in this half, which resulted in 76 percent of the possession.

50 minutes into the game, Dimitrije Novaković made the spectators forget they were watching a youth academy match. He struck that 20 metre free kick in like a pro for 5 - 0. Dimitrije Novaković was jumping for joy as he was noted down for a hat trick. 68 minutes into the game, FCTJ scored again. Slavko Kalchoski had picked up a stray ball, entered the box from the left, and then coolly rounded the goalkeeper for the 6 - 0 goal. After 71 minutes, Miroslav Kolevski found the key to the opposing defence and worked himself into position for a shot. FCTJ nearly increased their lead there, but in the end the strike was denied by Simi Cioagă between the posts. Miroslav Kolevski was all smiles as the FCTJ coach thanked him for taking the score to 7 - 0, tousling his hair. After 74 minutes he had taken advantage of a good exchange of passes on the right and steered the ball into the net. Several mothers standing on the sideline felt the referee was much too lenient when he only showed Cătălin-Ovidiu Echim of RDT 2005 a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 78 minutes into the game. A slight injury to his right calf muscle meant Tome Janevski had to leave the match early. It happened after 79 minutes. Stefan Istatov tried to hide a smile as he entered the field. He had not expected to get a chance this day. As the captain was no longer on the pitch, Lend Gjondedaj took over the role of being the FCTJ captain. The match ends with a 7 - 0 score. This half the FCTJ boys hung on to the ball, with 77 percent of possession.

The coach of FCTJ was especially pleased with Ruse Chomovski after the game. Cvetko Chakroski showed he still has a lot to learn. The spectators agreed that the most impressive boy in RDT 2005 today had been Viorel Pielaru. On the other hand, Simi Cioagă's performance hadn't been very good at all.
