NKDZ 5 - 2 FCCJ

It was an exceptionally sunny day for the parents of the boys, and the friends they had persuaded along to HitrecKacijan - the total attendance came out to around 251 persons. It was a very hot day and some players suffered from this, especially those relying on tough physical play or a lot of fast runs. For the technical ones, on the other hand, this was ideal conditions. The coach fielded the following talents: Puksec - Pjanić, Skorpanić, Kardum, Dražović - Meštrov, Mlikota, Ivšak, Primc - Kovačić, Guzić.

Starters: Miloshevski - Vasilevski, Martinovski, Jordanoski, Vuthaj - Serafimoski, Andreevski, Lazarov, Panajotov, Ceka - Barutovski.

GNKDinamo started the game in a 4-4-2 formation, whereas FC Chesinovo juniot lined up in a 4-5-1 formation. NKDZ scored the 1 - 0 goal with a penalty with 4 minutes gone. Rajko Mlikota delayed the spot kick for a minute, posing for the attending girls, then hammered it home. FCCJ appeared uncertain how to play and their organisation was only passable. The coach of FCCJ was embarrassed to see his players fail the tactical setup. Many played out of position and the organisation level of the team dropped to poor. After 34 minutes, Izidor Kardum showed signs of talent as he finished off a left wing counter attack, making the score 2 - 0 for NKDZ. A few visiting spectators had momentarily dozed off, but as Taulant Vuthaj scored the reducing 2 - 1 goal after 35 minutes, they jumped to their feet again. FCCJ had used the right flank to set that goal up. It was 2 - 1 at the break. In this half FCCJ were the most energetic, keeping the ball to themselves for 65 percent of the time.

The boys of FCCJ were eager to get some feedback from their coach. His tactical review helped raise the team organisation to passable. FCCJ were close to putting the equaliser away after 50 minutes as the opposing defence lost control of the ball to Boro Panajotov in a scuffle in front of the goal, but in the end the ball was cleared to safety. The local bystanders were distressed by the events that happened after 56 minutes. The visiting team levelled the score with that clever trick from Angel Serafimoski, to beat both his marker and the keeper from the right of the six yard box. 2 - 2. FCCJ did not seem very confident about what to do on the pitch, the organisation level having broken down to poor. The visitors' central defenders should have stopped David Guzić, but they were naive in their efforts and let him slip through. The goal put NKDZ into the lead, it was a low shot and the goalkeeper couldn't reach it. 3 - 2! Vuk Kovačić was the target for the corner kick, but his deflection was blocked by the keeper. However, NKDZ's Vilim Ivšak happened to be in the right place for the rebound and scored the 4 - 2 goal as a result. NKDZ's Rajko Mlikota showed some of his reported potential with that goal. It's 5 - 2, a clinical finish after a pass through the middle that impressed even some of the senior squad players that showed up here today. The match ends 5 - 2. FCCJ didn't seem to want to give the ball away in this half, which resulted in 61 percent of the possession.

The NKDZ players gave Vuk Kovačić a group hug after the game, claiming he'd been "really great". Mile Dražović left the field with tears in his eyes, knowing he had been the worst player on his team. FCCJ's Boro Panajotov had a great game and was congratulated by his team mates. This lad could be going places! Nikola Martinovski needs a lot of extra training, however.
