MSK 9 - 0 OJ

The 264 spectators at Cobham Training Centre were roasting in the hot sun. For some players the sunny weather was bad news. It made Powerful and Quick players a bit sluggish. For Technical players, it was instead an advantage, allowing them to shine on the pitch. The lucky starting players: Parmakovski - Aleksovski, Myrtollari - Lika, Muratovski, Grozdanovski, Stoilovski, Efremoski - Mojsovski, Krstevski, Davidovski.

The coach fielded the following talents: Hundseder - Eigl-Schreitl, Dreeblöcken, Mosbacher, Zenner, Rode - Spitzlberger, Lipka, Candar, Jörger - Eitdorf.

Mala Skola fielded a 2-5-3 lineup. For OlteniiJuniors, the formation of choice was 5-4-1. MSK displayed their ability to play creatively. MSK grabbed the initiative after 10 minutes, as Metodi Krstevski cut in from the right and, with some luck, shoved the ball in for 1 - 0. After 19 minutes of the match had been played, the visitors defenders misjudged the movements of MSK's Boshko Muratovski through the middle, leaving him one on one with the keeper. He pulled the trigger and the score was 2 - 0. Mihajlo Grozdanovski of MSK sped past Ruprecht Mosbacher, and the effort made the 3 - 0 goal a mere formality. 33 minutes into the game, MSK scored again. Mihajlo Grozdanovski had picked up a stray ball, entered the box from the left, and then coolly rounded the goalkeeper for the 4 - 0 goal. The home side's Metodi Krstevski twirled that free kick just right, putting MSK ahead 5 - 0 with 34 minutes of play gone. At the halftime break, the score was 5 - 0. This half the MSK boys hung on to the ball, with 66 percent of possession.

MSK solidified their lead at the 69 minute mark, as Erjon Myrtollari maneuvered the ball through the central line of defence and clipped in the 6 - 0 goal. It was group hug time yet again, when MSK pushed ahead to 7 - 0. Boris Davidovski was the center of attention, having moved deftly through the middle to find his angle, not hesitating when he did. MSK's Mihajlo Grozdanovski had an excellent opportunity after 80 minutes, receiving a through pass from the right wing that became a dangerous shot at goal! 82 minutes into the fray, MSK's Boris Davidovski popped up from nowhere, stole the ball and scored. 8 - 0. Trendafil Efremoski should probably have put his team up another goal after 83 minutes, but Reiner Hundseder made a confident save and kept the visitors in the game. Metodi Krstevski feigned, rushed, and dribbled from right to centre, almost managing to give MSK another goal after his determined run. However, his marker was tracking back well and managed to block the shot. OJ had a good opportunity to convert a counterattack after 86 minutes, but Ulf Jörger's attempt to finish was easily stopped. MSK's Metodi Krstevski was the happiest boy in town after the 9 - 0 goal, having seen his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper and into the net. The assist had come in from a mate out on the right wing. After scoring his third goal of the match, Metodi Krstevski ran over to his father to pose for a hat trick picture! As the match wraps up the score is 9 - 0. MSK pleased their coach greatly, as they maintained 66 percent of possession.

The spectators agreed that the most impressive boy in MSK today had been Vasil Mojsovski. Mitko Stoilovski showed he still has a lot to learn. Fabian Lipka performed especially well for OJ - this one could be a candidate for the senior squad one day. Reiner Hundseder needs a lot of extra training, however.
