HTJ 5 - 1 FCCJ

The skies were cloudy, but it wasn't raining. The 231 spectators at HTJ Stadion today seemed reasonably pleased, at least with the weather. Starters: Meyer - Lehkonen, Pyöriä, Ukura - Kotti, Vallbacka, Haavistola, Kytönen, Aarrekangas - Heikura, Musakka.

The lucky starting players: Miloshevski - Zeqiri, Saveski, Vuthaj - Gorachinov, Jordanoski, Lazarov, Buxheli, Ceka - Efremoski, Barutovski.

3-5-2 was the choice of the day for both coaches. HTJ saw most attack opportunities on the wings. HTJ almost put themselves up after 8 minutes as Henri Musakka got through, but he lost focus and shot the ball wide. After 24 minutes of play, Antti Pyöriä changed the face of the game, directing a low pass from the right past both defender and keeper. Good stuff, your mum is proud of you, boy! 1 - 0 and they're in the lead. That free kick by Ekke Haavistola after 24 minutes went like a pinball through a crowd of defenders - and into the goal. 2 - 0 for HTJ. Attacking on the wings was the pick of the day for HTJ, and they were successfully passing the ball from the middle to the wings to get them on. HTJ's Antti Pyöriä had an excellent opportunity after 31 minutes, receiving a through pass from the right wing that became a dangerous shot at goal! After some hard work down the middle, Teo Kotti could have closed the game off after 36 minutes, but his finishing shot hit the post. It was 2 - 0 at the break. HTJ pleased their coach greatly, as they maintained 59 percent of possession.

51 minutes into the game, HTJ scored again. Otto Ukura had picked up a stray ball, entered the box from the left, and then coolly rounded the goalkeeper for the 3 - 0 goal. After 63 minutes, Teo Kotti found the key to the opposing defence and worked himself into position for a shot. HTJ nearly increased their lead there, but in the end the strike was denied by Dusan Miloshevski between the posts. FCCJ's Etrit Ceka's early cross took everyone by surprise except for Dame Jordanoski, who pleased his coach with a simple but effective shot to make the score 3 - 1. HTJ had a good opportunity to attack in the middle, but remembered their instructions to rather go for wing attacks. HTJ added one goal to their lead as Ekke Haavistola tucked the ball in the net, 4 - 1. He received the ball from the left, turned and then scored. Etrit Ceka could've grabbed a goal for FCCJ after 80 minutes when he got a pass putting him free of the home side's defence on the left, but his first touch was a disaster and the ball went out for a throw-in. Advancing up the left wing proved worthwhile for HTJ, who increased their lead to 5 - 1 when Aleksi Heikura broke away from his marker and finished from an acute angle. As the match wraps up the score is 5 - 1. HTJ, bringing their ball possession to 59 percent, seemed most ambitious today.

The spectators agreed that the most impressive boy in HTJ today had been Henri Musakka. On the other hand, Alari Meyer's performance hadn't been very good at all. The coach of FCCJ was especially pleased with Lambe Lazarov after the game. The coach took Theodhor Buxheli aside after the game, telling him it is okay to have a bad day on the pitch as long as you keep trying.
