Pinsa 5 - 3 Dandy

The weather was pretty good, and a crowd of 140302 had shown up at Getafe III Arena for the match. Juss Neemre was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Avigdor Tzilker and . The match took place on neutral ground. Cry "havoc" and let loose the dogs of war! Pinsa will go to battle in a 3-5-2 formation. Lineup: Maíz - Abad, Kwannah, Dubois - Sung-Joon, Vesterbacka, Dunlea, Reischl, Gumse - Vicario, Cayon Peña.

Cry "havoc" and let loose the dogs of war! Dandy will go to battle in a 3-5-2 formation. The following players had been selected: Carreras - Buj, Galeano, Robledo - Fajdiga, Zettermar, Ji-chuu, Dalflod, Moura - García-Atance, Ming-Zhong.

Dandy's D. García-Atance proved that he's been around on a soccer field before, when he took advantage of a few moments of confusion in the enemy defensive line and elegantly scored for 0 - 1. The crowd was on its feet at the 10 minute mark, as Pinsa's M. Vicario found himself all alone in front of the goal after a dash up the left side. He calmly put away the 1 - 1 equalizer. P. Cayon Peña's name was chanted throughout the stadium after his goal in minute 14 following a run up the middle gave Pinsa the 2 - 1 lead. Dandy's F. Carreras had to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines, after twisting his ankle with 33 minutes gone. W. Martyński was the replacement. The visitors' equalizer seemed inevitable after 34 minutes, following a one on one situation around the left hand side of the goal area, but E. Maíz got the best of it, blocking the shot from J. Fajdiga. Pinsa's J. Reischl was delighted to score as he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing keeper and into the net, following some good attacking movement on the right wing. 3 - 1 after 35 minutes. Dandy never say die, and though it wasn't a pretty goal, D. García-Atance offered the visiting fans a glimmer of hope after 37 minutes. That makes it 3 - 2. The teams went for the halftime break at 3 - 2. Pinsa set the tempo, maintaining 51 percent of possession.

P. Cayon Peña gave Pinsa supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 4 - 2 after 65 minutes, following a good exchange of passes on the right that the away team failed to deal with. The clock read 69 minutes and things were deteriorating for the away team as Pinsa scored another to make it 5 - 2 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for P. Cayon Peña. He'd already scored two, and with the third, P. Cayon Peña had a hattrick! By now, the players of Pinsa felt that victory was a sure thing and began to play it safe, focusing on defense and not risking too much going forward. The home team's lead was reduced to 5 - 3 after Dandy's P. Dalflod took advantage of a misunderstanding in the center of the defense. Coming in from the right, L. Abad almost managed to score another goal for Pinsa, but his header was kept out by the lightning fast reflexes of the visiting keeper. Dandy almost scored after a counter-attack 87 minutes into the match, but G. Ming-Zhong took a shot from the left that landed harmlessly in the side netting. The Count appeared on the jumbotron and announced that Pinsa had 51...51 percent possession. AH AH AH!

E. Maíz performed admirably for Pinsa. You can tell it was nickel beer night yesterday at the local bar because Y. Kwannah seemed to stumble all over the pitch. G. Ming-Zhong performed admirably for Dandy. Speaking of stinking up the place, W. Martyński sure smelled like the bottom of Batman's shoe after a night of crimefighting in Gotham. The match ends 5 - 3.
