Pinsa 5 - 3 Dandy

The weather was pretty good, and a crowd of 140302 had shown up at Getafe III Arena for the match. was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Avigdor Tzilker and . The match took place on neutral ground. Pinsa had chosen a strategic 3-5-2 formation. Lineup: Maíz - Abad, Kwannah, Dubois - Sung-Joon, Vesterbacka, Dunlea, Reischl, Gumse - Vicario, Cayon Peña.

Dandy had chosen a strategic 3-5-2 formation. The following players had been chosen: Carreras - Buj, Galeano, Robledo - Fajdiga, Zettermar, Ji-chuu, Dalflod, Moura - García-Atance, Ming-Zhong.

Dandy's David García-Atance proved that he's been around on a football pitch before, when he took advantage of a few moments of confusion in the opposition's defensive line and elegantly scored for 0 - 1. The crowd was on its feet 10 minutes into the match, as Pinsa's Manolo Vicario found himself unmarked in front of the goal after a dash up the left side. He calmly put away the 1 - 1 equaliser. Paco Cayon Peña caused the crowd to go mental with his goal up the middle after 14 minutes. This gave Pinsa the 2 - 1 lead. Dandy's Francisco Carreras had to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines, after twisting his ankle with 33 minutes having been played. Witold Martyński was the replacement. The visitors' equaliser seemed sure to come after 34 minutes, following a one on one situation around the left hand side of the goal area, but Eduardo Maíz got the best of it, blocking the shot from Jeremi Fajdiga. Pinsa's Johann Reischl increased the lead to 3 - 1, after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper following some good play down the right wing after 35 minutes. Dandy were desperate to get a goal back and pushed forward through the middle 37 minutes into the game. After a scramble in the box, the ball dropped to David García-Atance, who smashed it home to make the score 3 - 2. The teams went for the halftime break at 3 - 2. Pinsa enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 51 percent of possession.

After 65 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and Paco Cayon Peña gave the Pinsa supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 4 - 2. Things were deteriorating for the away team as Pinsa scored another to make it 5 - 2 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for Paco Cayon Peña after 69 minutes. By then Paco Cayon Peña had scored three goals - a hat trick! By now, the players in Pinsa felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. A bit later, Dandy's Per Dalflod easily reduced the lead to 5 - 3 after a misunderstanding in the home side's central defence. Coming from the right, Leonardo Abad almost managed to score another goal for Pinsa, but his header was tipped over the bar by the visitors' keeper. Dandy almost scored after a counterattack 87 minutes into the match, but Gao Ming-Zhong took a shot from the left that landed harmlessly in the side of the net. Pinsa claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 51 percent.

Eduardo Maíz performed admirably for Pinsa. Yu Kwannah turned in a dismal performance, however. Gao Ming-Zhong performed admirably for Dandy. Witold Martyński was a disappointment, however. The match ends 5 - 3.
