Snowtigers 1 - 1 JLE

29370 punters turned up at Temple of Tigers, and despite threatening clouds on the horizon, no rain came. Noah Ahlbeck was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Melchior Mathijssen and Stefano Petrelli. Snowtigers decided to use a 4-4-2 set up. The following players had been chosen: Ewing - Sundelin, Markusas, Juote, Laitio - Muvaffak, 爾忠 (Erzhong), 凱航 (Kaihang), Kolb - Capatonda, Wickström.

A 5-3-2 alignment was the formation of choice for JLE. Starters: Raimundo - Belleter, Fontava, Rotella, Olsen, Apicella - Bermúdez de Castro, Ledanois, Berngård - Kairikko, Brandão.

Snowtigers was determined to use their passable long shot ability. The wings were the focus of most of JLE's attacks on this day, taking advantage of their outstanding level with that tactic. The crowd groaned its disapproval when 陸 (Lu) 凱航 (Kaihang) missed a free kick that would have given Snowtigers the lead after 12 minutes. Dennis Belleter showed why he is feared on the counterattack, breaking through in the middle and scoring for JLE after 15 minutes to make the score 0 - 1. Aapeli Juote behaved like an inexperienced youth player after 17 minutes as he gave the ball away to Célio Brandão. Lucky for him though, there was no goal. Snowtigers's slick passing moves completely confused the defence after 32 minutes, but thanks to Ilídio Raimundo's miraculous save from 陸 (Lu) 凱航 (Kaihang)'s long shot the score remained unchanged. Halftime score was 0 - 1. Snowtigers claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 54 percent.

Snowtigers focused on finding shooting opportunities from distance and after 50 minutes 陸 (Lu) 凱航 (Kaihang) fired off the big cannon, but the shot went sailing over the cross bar and into the car park. The referee showed Snowtigers's Pekka Markusas the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Tuomas Kairikko's knee will be throbbing for days, but thankfully for JLE, he bravely continued in the match. Snowtigers put pressure on the visitors' central defence 76 minutes into the game, but Pierluigi Capatonda couldn't find an opening. After a scuffle in the guests' penalty area 77 minutes into the game, the home team was awarded a penalty. 陸 (Lu) 凱航 (Kaihang) scored to make it 1 - 1. JLE's defence sent a ball soaring up the middle on a beautiful counterattack with 82 minutes gone, but Vebjørn Olsen's finish was met by the reaching hands of the keeper. The guests almost went up by a goal after 83 minutes when Nano Bermúdez de Castro came through and shot from the right. The ball bounced harmlessly off the post, though. Snowtigers had most of the ball, with 56 percent of possession.

Most important Snowtigers player was Pierluigi Capatonda. On the other hand, Juho Laitio's play was disheartening. The most dominating JLE player was without a doubt Niklas R. Berngård. Nano Bermúdez de Castro on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 1 - 1.
