The local marching band welcomed a crowd of 37561 to Temple of Tigers. Marc Pickel was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Harald Ritler and . Gentlemen prefer blondes and Snowtigers prefers a 4-4-2. Let's see how this plays out for them. They fielded: Ewing - Sundelin, Juote, Markusas, Laitio - Kolb, 爾忠 (Erzhong), 凱航 (Kaihang) , Muvaffak - Wickström, Capatonda.

The head coach flashed hand signals from the sideline and Acjöpö formed up in a 3-4-3 combination. Let's hope the opposing sideline wasn't filming that. The following players had been selected: Velino - Grön, Helova, Guido - Guénot, Storgaard, Machielsen, Rumbin - Pentikäinen, Rissala, Martinsson.

Snowtigers mostly ignored the flanks in favor of their world class ability to attack in the middle. T. Sundelin's name was chanted throughout the stadium after his goal in minute 2 following a run up the middle gave Snowtigers the 1 - 0 lead. The head of T. Rumbin connected with a beautiful corner kick after 9 minutes. He wasn't shooting, though, but rather passing to C. Guido of Acjöpö who buried the shot for 1 - 1. Was that a pass or a bad touch? Either way, the inexperienced 葉. 爾忠 (Erzhong) almost gave Acjöpö a goal, but luckily they couldn't capitalize on the mistake. T. Wickström is making an astonishing dash. The fans are chanting his name. You can hear it reverberate around the stadium. Now a manic sprint up the middle and into the box. Oh! He's thrown open the door! He's thrown open the door, shot the ball through, and slammed the door shut on Mr. Tumnus! Snowtigers has taken the lead 18 minutes into the match, 2 to 1. There'll be no Turkish Delight after the match for the keeper! Things were going from bad to worse for the visitors. H. Kolb was able to squirm through the central defense after 34 minutes and score, bringing the lead to 3 - 1. It was 3 - 1 at the break. Snowtigers did a good job holding on to the ball, with 61 percent of possession.

Snowtigers had a good opportunity to attack on the wing, but remembered their instructions to go for middle instead. 葉. 爾忠 (Erzhong) should probably have put his team up another goal after 65 minutes, but some great goalkeeping by U. Velino kept the visitors in the game. Snowtigers solidified their lead at the 66 minute mark, as H. Kolb snaked the ball through the central line of defense and finished for 4 - 1. Snowtigers's players now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. The referee showed Acjöpö's G. Martinsson the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. It was obvious that Snowtigers had instructions to attack in the middle when they directed a break on the wing into the center of the park. Cheers filled the stadium as T. Wickström broke through the visitors' central defense to put away the 5 - 1 goal for Snowtigers. T. Rumbin's Road Runner-esque speed was too much for T. Sundelin who could only look on as the Acjöpö player blasted one home. 5 - 2. Snowtigers players heard their coach's words ringing in their ears and steered their wing attacks to the middle instead. T. Sundelin was not content with his team's lead, and tried to extend it 86 minutes into the game after a nice run through the middle, but his shot went wide. Snowtigers were determined to attack in the middle, even their wing attacks ended up coming through the center. The Count appeared on the jumbotron and announced that Snowtigers had 63...63 percent possession. AH AH AH!

Snowtigers's best player was T. Wickström. Even six year old fans were wincing at the poor play by A. Juote today. Most important Acjöpö player was T. Storgaard. I can't remember T. Rumbin ever having a worse night than he just had. The match ends 5 - 2.
