Jesters 0 - 5 ADHT

Weather conditions were fairly good for football, and Joker Park saw a crowd turnout of 30122. Konrád Marton was the appointed referee with assistance provided by and . Jesters decided to use a 5-2-3 set up. The following players took the field: Casati - Popper, Polat, Droux, Hojjat Doust, Sukič - Pimont, Silfwerwald - Joki-Erkkilä, Nicula, Utterner.

ADHT tactics involved an interesting 3-5-2 combination. Starters: Challandes - Vader, Brickman, Lamont - Ernst, Hathaway, Siddall-McQueen, Baker, Bosak - Meller, Grilli.

Jesters clearly had decided to counter-attack when they could, taking advantage of their magnificent level with that tactic. After 3 minutes Jesters tried to exploit their counterattacking skills, unfortunately, Mikael Silfwerwald's shot sailed wide after his break down the right. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave Kuno Droux from Jesters a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 20 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! With 33 minutes played, ADHT's well-worked indirect free kick caused havoc in the penalty area, and when the ball eventually fell to Warren Hathaway he gleefully slotted the ball home to make it 0 - 1. ADHT's Stefan Ernst made it through the home team's defence on the right hand side 34 minutes into the match. After rounding the keeper, he only had to place the ball in the unguarded goal when a defender slid in and cleared the ball off the line. 35 minutes into the game, ADHT were awarded a penalty and Kazimierz Bosak was able to increase the visitors' lead to 0 - 2 rolling the ball in by the right post. It was 0 - 2 at the break. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by ADHT, with 87 percent of the ball.

Warren Hathaway wanted to play on, but the ADHT coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 75 minutes into the game by Dave Noble. An accurate cross from Kazimierz Bosak of ADHT was met with a wonderful glancing header from Tal Meller, hitting the inside base of the post before nestling into the back of the net for 0 - 3. Ram Brickman increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley away after a pass from the right. 0 - 4. Given a free kick close to the byline, ADHT tried a move that loyal fans may recognise from training. A pass to the side pulled the defence out of position which let Ugo Maria Lamont slip through on goal. He didn't have to break his stride, and slipped the ball past the keeper to make it 0 - 5, 86 minutes into the game. At this point, it was obvious that the players of ADHT lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. ADHT claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 88 percent.

Most important Jesters player was Thomas Utterner. On the other hand, Danijel Sukič's play was disheartening. ADHT's top performer was clearly Kazimierz Bosak. However, Ugo Maria Lamont made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 0 - 5.
