Sadistan 5 - 2 Böse

26411 punters turned up at Estadio de la Revolución Berlin (QQQQK-Memorial), and despite threatening clouds on the horizon, no rain came. Virgilio Nuarte was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Adrian Czerny and Roberts Cielavins. Lineup: Khalatbari - Nogues, Bajo Fernández - Quiroga, Ghidini, 辉光 (Huiguang), Michel, Aloma - Obedeanu, Vergani, Seif.

The following players took the field: Bertl - Geluardi, Perugia, Lucarelli, García - Deschka, Sassi, Vella, Regan, Braucher - Hoekx.

Rep. of Sadistan entered the field in a 2-5-3 formation. The visitors, das Böse, chose to start the game with a 4-5-1 lineup. Böse clearly had decided to counter-attack when they could, taking advantage of their brilliant level with that tactic. Almost all the way down to the corner flag, Böse's Artur Braucher somehow managed to get a perfect pass into the middle, impossible to miss for Koos Hoekx, who struck for 0 - 1. Uba Aloma made a superb strike after 9 minutes with a shot straight in front of the goal after a long ball through the middle, but one of the visitors' defenders got a foot in at the last second and warded it off for a corner. Some fine movement on the left led to a Böse goal after 10 minutes, making it 0 - 2. Klaus Maria Deschka was noted down as the scorer. Sadistan's Laurean Obedeanu cut towards the middle after 17 minutes, receiving a brilliant pass and slicing through the visiting team's central defence, reducing the lead to 1 - 2. With 42 minutes having been played, Sadistan scored to make it 2 - 2. A dribble down the left wing, followed by a shot which took a wicked bounce off a defender resulted in the keeper having no chance. Everyone thought it'd been an own goal, but Uba Aloma was marked down as the scorer. The teams went for the halftime break at 2 - 2. Sadistan had most of the ball, with 61 percent of possession.

After a fine move down the middle Laurean Obedeanu nearly gave the home side a goal after 51 minutes. However the finishing shot went just wide. Sadistan made sure of not letting Koos Hoekx succeed with his speed. When an opportunity appeared for him, as it did 57 minutes into the game, speedy Gino Ghidini came to the rescue and stopped the attack. After 60 minutes, the Sadistan coach wanted to see a new face on the pitch, waving Uba Aloma off the field. Leandro Bruschera took his place. 61 minutes into the game, Böse seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a inadequate level of organisation. 66 minutes into the match and the home team took a 3 - 2 lead after breaking through on the left. The scorer for Sadistan was Laurean Obedeanu. Gino Ghidini wanted to play on, but the Sadistan coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 70 minutes into the game by 袁 (Yuan) 聪嵘 (Congrong). A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Sadistan's Maurizio Vergani increasing the lead to 4 - 2. The coach of Sadistan was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 75 minutes, Abramo Pagello came on for Shady Seif. The players were tired, but when the referee announced that there would be 2 minutes of added time they, nonetheless, welcomed the extra opportunity to make an impact. After 89 minutes, Laurean Obedeanu put Sadistan ahead 5 - 2 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. At that, Laurean Obedeanu was noted down for a hat trick! The match ends 5 - 2. Sadistan claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 66 percent.

The most dominating Sadistan player was without a doubt 甘 (Gan) 辉光 (Huiguang). Rodrigo Nogues on the other hand, had a terrible day. Böse's top performer was clearly Koos Hoekx. Isaac Perugia was a disappointment, however.
