Fairly good weather for football had drawn a crowd of 23224 to Camarius F.C. Arena. Miroslav Wágner was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Rysiek Kośka and Jan Siwczak. Lineup: Toshpo’latov - Razzoqov, Nabiyev, Niyozbek, Inomov, Ergashev - Zhanpeisov, Musulmonov, Magrupov, Allaberganov - Soldaev.

They fielded: Suryanto - Fredly, Tri, Churchill, Sunday, Pahlevi - Lukman, Vis, Yuska - Arnata, Novianto.

U-20 O'zbekiston started the game in a 5-4-1 formation, whereas U-20 Indonesia lined up in a 5-3-2 formation. U-20 O'zbekiston clearly had decided to counter-attack when they could, taking advantage of their brilliant level with that tactic. U-20 Indonesia took a creative approach on the field. After some beautiful movement down the left wing, Gulomjon Allaberganov scored for U-20 O'zbekiston putting them ahead 1 - 0, after 36 minutes. 37 minutes in, U-20 O'zbekiston appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only passable. 40 minutes into the game, U-20 Indonesia seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a inadequate level of organisation. Feruz Nabiyev should probably have put his team up another goal after 42 minutes after breaking through the middle, but some great goalkeeping by Ferdiansyah Suryanto kept the visitors in the game. James Churchill got left behind when U-20 O'zbekiston's Anton Soldaev left scorch marks in the turf 43 minutes, finishing off with a blisteringly swift strike. 2-0! With 44 minutes played, Erzhas Zhanpeisov could have brought this one home for U-20 O'zbekiston as he charged up on the left, but his hooked ball went just a bit too high. Things were going to get worse for the visitors. Husan Ergashev squirmed through their central defence after 44 minutes, increasing the lead to 3 - 0. The teams went for the halftime break at 3 - 0. U-20 O'zbekiston claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 76 percent.

The coach gave his players an extra tactical briefing during the break, and after that U-20 O'zbekiston had solid organisation. The U-20 Indonesia players spent the break getting a rerun of the team's tactical organisation and regained a solid organisation when the game started again. With 46 minutes played, the U-20 Indonesia coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around. Saktiawan Saptaji came on, Joni Yuska had to leave the fray. After 46 minutes, U-20 Indonesia switched James Churchill with Yoel Bukhori, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch. As James Churchill left the field, the coach signaled to Yoel Bukhori to be the new set pieces taker. The bench was restless, and with 46 minutes passed U-20 Indonesia's coach gave Marjuned Pandia the opportunity the player had been hoping for. Naibul Pahlevi reluctantly left the field. Salim Musulmonov wanted to play on, but the U-20 O'zbekiston coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 60 minutes into the game by Abdulbosid Behruzov. Ismoil Toshpo’latov left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 60 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. Salim Lutfullayev was the replacement. The coach of U-20 O'zbekiston was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 60 minutes, Samir Eraliyev came on for Islom 'U20 Boy' Magrupov. As Islom 'U20 Boy' Magrupov exited the field, Feruz Nabiyev volunteered to be the new set pieces taker. 63 minutes into the game, U-20 O'zbekiston seemed a little tentative in their play as their organization fell to inadequate. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of U-20 O'zbekiston to 4 - 0 as Anton Soldaev finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. U-20 O'zbekiston's Babur Razzoqov got himself booked for a foul. After 85 minutes, Izaak Vis took a hard knock between his legs. He needed a long breather but were eventually able to continue the game. U-20 Indonesia's Yoel Bukhori was able to reply, after 87 minutes, making the score 4 - 1 with a well struck penalty. After 87 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as U-20 O'zbekiston found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to weak. As the match nears its end, the referee has deemed it appropriate to add 1 minute as stoppage time. The match ends 4 - 1. U-20 O'zbekiston enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 67 percent of possession.

U-20 O'zbekiston's best player was Salim Lutfullayev. Samir Eraliyev on the other hand, had a terrible day. The most dominating U-20 Indonesia player was without a doubt Ferdiansyah Suryanto. Iip Sunday was a disappointment, however.
