The weather was pretty good, and a crowd of 43631 had shown up at United Arena for the match. Marinus Ronteltap was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Daniel Maqueda and Leroy Bouvy. The following players took the field: Törrönen - Van Rolleghem, Suryawanshi, Patano - Bell, Pırıldak, Debenedetto, Vanderwee - Sydihin, Zumbado, Zaczek.

Lineup: Wojciuch - Calabrese, Fusi, Vilep - Rytlewski, Saraceni, Ekenling, Leal, Durán - Rostovskiy, Kusiak.

It was to be a contest between two different football philosophies, since the home team started the game with a 3-4-3 formation while the visitors instead opted for 3-5-2. Bwo Utd took the lead 7 minutes into the game by 1 - 0, as Héctor Zumbado elegantly received a long range pass through the middle, finishing off with a half-volley shot just below the bar. Following a nasty collision in the 10, Bwo Utd's Illya Sydihin complained of a damaged shoulder. He was advised against continuing the game. This gave Mirko Kowalewski a chance to take to the field instead. 19 minutes into the game, Carlos Durán almost tied it all up for the visitors with an expertly placed free kick. Unfortunately for Warriors, the home keeper made an incredible save. The visitors didn't give in and, after 31 minutes, João Soeiro Leal got through the home side's central line of defence, rolling in the equaliser to make it 1 - 1. Carlos Durán of Warriors was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. The teams went for the halftime break at 1 - 1. Warriors had most of the ball, with 52 percent of possession.

The home side put themselves ahead 2 - 1 after 52 minutes courtesy of a breakthrough from Garry Bell, who scored with a stunning volley following a cross from the right wing. Garry Bell's speed is always a threat when he gets a little room to move, and 56 minutes into the match was no different as he broke free of his man to send a delightful through ball to Jonasz Zaczek who knocked it in for Bwo Utd. 3 - 1! Jonasz Zaczek should probably have put his team up another goal after 61 minutes after breaking through the middle, but some great goalkeeping by Jakub Wojciuch kept the visitors in the game. After 62 minutes Nathanaël Vanderwee made a speedy advance and dropped the ball to Héctor Zumbado who shuffled it past the keeper. The score was now 4 - 1. The Bwo Utd free kick 63 minutes into the match seemed wasted, as the shot was both short and off target. But was this actually a plan? The ball landed at the feet of Mirko Kowalewski, who was completely unmarked in the box. That's 5 - 1! Sensing defeat in the air, the Warriors manager directed Alvar Ekenling and Yuri Fusi to change positions with each other. This was 72 minutes into the match. After 72 minutes, Warriors switched Mateusz Rytlewski with Nicolás Silvera, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch. Although the whole team were struggling to impress, Warriors's Alvar Ekenling was singled out as being the problem as he was called off the pitch after 75 minutes. Gniewko Ilnicki was given a chance to change things around. Unhappy with the result so far in the game, the Warriors manager used a brief break in play after 75 minutes to give the players new directives. Warriors had a fair chance to reply after 77 minutes due to some fine moves down the left, but in the end Yuri Fusi was slow to keep up with the play and was unable to make it into the penalty box to apply a finish. Morale on the visitors' bench was greatly improved when their player Gniewko Ilnicki reduced the lead to make it 5 - 2 after 85 minutes, following a pass from the right. Bwo Utd's Mees Van Rolleghem got himself booked for a foul. 87 minutes in, an amazing pass from the left side resulted in a goal for the visitors, as Carlos Durán anticipated the through ball and scored, reducing the deficit to 5 - 3. The referee decided to let play continue for an additional 3 minutes beyond the regular 90 minutes. The match ends 5 - 3. Warriors claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 52 percent.

The most dominating Bwo Utd player was without a doubt Eudoro Debenedetto. Mirko Kowalewski was a disappointment, however. Yuriy Rostovskiy performed admirably for Warriors. Jakub Wojciuch turned in a dismal performance, however.
