Multimedia 3 - 1 BZB

Weather conditions were fairly good for football, and BMT Multimedia saw a crowd turnout of 7442. 侯 (Hou) 若晋 (Ruojin) was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Giancarlo Lamont and Paolo Marotta. The following players took the field: Hundertwasser - Kessler, Gudian, Koke, Marlier, Prisching - Smidt, Nyroos, Sluch - Fizdulski, Daglfing.

The following players had been chosen: Domeracki - Pikano, Vonortas, Humphries, Kvasz, Weiss - Biegański, Jagusz, Bacza, Misterek, Stafiej -.

BMT Multimedia fielded a 5-3-2 lineup. For Biało- Zieloni, the formation of choice was 5-5-0. The strategy for BZB was to use their formidable ability to press. After 17 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as BZB found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to inadequate. The head of Morten Smidt connected with a corner kick after 22 minutes, and the ball ended up with Micha Daglfing of Multimedia who blasted the ball into the net, making the score 1 - 0. The pressing tactics used by BZB were successful as the ball remained close to the half way line at all times. Some lightning fast two foot dribbles by Barnabás Sluch left Lesław Misterek way behind after 31 minutes, but the shot was just wide. Multimedia solidified their lead at the 32 minute mark, as Targoutai Koke dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 2 - 0. BZB pressed their opponents, causing the game to be a bit of a stalemate at times. 34 minutes into the game, BZB had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to weak. Things were going to get worse for the visitors. Théophile Marlier squirmed through their central defence after 35 minutes, increasing the lead to 3 - 0. The teams went for the halftime break at 3 - 0. Possession in this half belonged to BZB, who controlled the ball 52 percent of the time.

The coach gave his players an extra tactical briefing during the break, and after that BZB had solid organisation. After 46 minutes, BZB switched Andrzej Biegański with Bødvar Borgarlíð, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch. Bødvar Borgarlíð's early cross saw the defenders caught out of position and the alert Marek Stafiej was able to pounce and roll the ball past the hapless goalkeeper to score for BZB. 3 - 1. BZB needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 55 minutes Edmund Jagusz made way for Witold Stypułkowski. 67 minutes into the game, BZB seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a weak level of organisation. Lesław Misterek nearly reduced the lead 68 minutes into the game, but a splendid one-handed save by Nedim Hundertwasser prevented the attempt coming in from the right flank from hitting the back of the net. Morten Smidt should probably have put his team up another goal after 69 minutes after breaking through the middle, but some great goalkeeping by Krzysztof Domeracki kept the visitors in the game. 75 minutes in, BZB appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only weak. The home side's Morten Smidt came close to extending the lead 78 minutes into the game. His shot came in from the right hand side but Krzysztof Domeracki managed to save it with an unbelievable reaction stop. Multimedia's Targoutai Koke swung in a good chance from the left, but the visitors' defence were able to clear the ball. The match ends 3 - 1. BZB enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 53 percent of possession.

Most important Multimedia player was Bogusław Fizdulski. On the other hand, Gabriel Kessler's play was disheartening. BZB's best player was Yiorgos Vonortas. However, Bødvar Borgarlíð made a disastrous appearance.
