A brilliantly sunny day had enticed a crowd of 20213 to White Arena. Pep Portolà was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Manuele Bertolè and Filippo Munno. For some players the sunny weather was bad news. It made Powerful and Quick players a bit sluggish. For Technical players, it was instead an advantage, allowing them to shine on the pitch. They fielded: Veloso - Atanes, Posch, Andreu, Maceda, Ruete - Morales, Massegú, Isarre, March, Gavilán -.

The following players took the field: Jubert - Juvančič, Haro Diéguez, Lesák, Méchain - Overstreet, Mora Sibaja, Steurer, Barviģis - Dębicki, Merlonghi.

Highly Encabronated entered the field in a 5-5-0 formation. The visitors, HoRmIgAs AtÓmIcAs F.C., chose to start the game with a 4-4-2 lineup. Using their counter-attacking abilities was the strategy of choice for Encabronated on this day, taking advantage of their mythical level with that tactic. HoRmIgAs clearly had decided to counter-attack when they could, taking advantage of their brilliant level with that tactic. HoRmIgAs's Gatien Méchain got himself booked for a foul. Having contracted a nasty injury to his left foot, Cassià Massegú had no choice but to leave the pitch, 10 minutes into the match. This gave Kastor Ugaran a chance to take to the field instead. After 15 minutes, the defensive line of HoRmIgAs created a counterattack through the middle that gave Fabio Merlonghi a good look at the goal, but his shot glanced harmlessly off the crossbar. The referee showed HoRmIgAs's Fabio Merlonghi the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Óscar Ruete was ever so close to scoring after an excellent corner was beautifully flicked on by Carlos Andreu, but the ball bounced off the post to safety. 0 - 0 was the score after the first half. Encabronated had most of the ball, with 54 percent of possession.

This was a good period for the visitors, with several opportunities to take the lead, particularly when Bartosz Dębicki slipped through the defence on the right to come up alone against César Veloso, but the home side's keeper showed his lightning reflexes. Good work by the Encabronated defensive line after 52 minutes produced a good counterattack chance, which cut elegantly down the middle of the pitch and found José Maceda alone in front of the goal, but his shot whistled just wide. After 58 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as HoRmIgAs found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to passable. 65 minutes into the match, the referee signalled for a HoRmIgAs substitution. Saverio Arestia came on for Donald Mora Sibaja. 71 minutes in, Encabronated's Kastor Ugaran received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. HoRmIgAs had several good opportunities to take the lead, especially 73 minutes in when Tomáš Lesák came up alone against César Veloso who managed a block. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, José Maceda got himself booked. The manager of Encabronated was not happy. Encabronated had a great opportunity to score following a counterattack after 76 minutes, but Willman Morales's shot from the left sailed high over the bar. The players were tired, but when the referee announced that there would be 1 minute of added time they, nonetheless, welcomed the extra opportunity to make an impact. The match ends 0 - 0. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by HoRmIgAs, with 54 percent of the ball.

The most dominating Encabronated player was without a doubt Anicetu Posch. César Veloso turned in a dismal performance, however. Most important HoRmIgAs player was Saverio Arestia. However, Ansis Barviģis made a disastrous appearance.
