Qs 3 - 0 Pewsum

46375 spectators arrived at Qs Hell, where weather conditions were pretty good for football. Eddy Perschkau was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Mapfumo Mde and Rene Danninger. The following players had been chosen: Monteiro - Arreaza, Căprărin, Evangelista - Morantes, Hrabrov, Lening, Seelen - Ožegović, Talonen, Gardano.

Lineup: Dubois - Schofield, Rather, Richards, Ocampo - Onieva, Huisbauer, Wittenberg, Tate - Leduc, Gregory.

The Qs started the game in a 3-4-3 formation, whereas TuS Pewsum lined up in a 4-4-2 formation. Qs clearly preferred using their titanic ability to attack in the middle. Counter-attacking seemed to be the preferred strategy of Pewsum, taking advantage of their titanic level with that tactic. Qs's Nils Lening tried to break through in the middle repeatedly, but couldn't get past the visitors' defenders. With 8 minutes gone, a long pass from the defence of Pewsum resulted in a counterattack that set Tyronne Tate free through the middle, but the keeper made a spectacular diving save. Qs were determined to attack in the middle, even their wing attacks ended up centrally. Qs took the lead 32 minutes into the game by 1 - 0, as Roberto Gardano elegantly received a long range pass through the middle, finishing off with a half-volley shot just below the bar. Lenilson Monteiro slowly got up on his feet, clutching his right thigh, but eventually signalled that he was ready to play on. 34 minutes in, Pewsum appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only inadequate. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Qs's Antonije Ožegović increasing the lead to 2 - 0. 2 - 0 was the halftime score. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Qs, with 66 percent of the ball.

The Pewsum players spent the break getting a rerun of the team's tactical organisation and regained a solid organisation when the game started again. Qs put themselves up 3 - 0 when Roberto Gardano broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake. The visitors got a chance to pull one back after 72 minutes, as the home defence went to sleep, leaving Theunis Wittenberg completely unmarked in the middle. His strike was pathetic though, and dribbled into the arms of the home side's keeper. 73 minutes in, Qs's Raul Căprărin received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. Marc Dubois was caught napping as Krunoslav Hrabrov lifted a ball over him following a free kick, but the ball hit the bar, rebounding into the keeper's arms. 76 minutes into the game Pewsum managed a counterattack, but Tyronne Tate took a soft shot from the left flank that was easy prey for the alert keeper. With 77 minutes played, Cole Gregory of Pewsum fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. 79 minutes into the game, Pewsum seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a inadequate level of organisation. After 83 minutes, following yet another great corner, Nils Lening's flick on at the near post reached Carmelo Arreaza, who was just wide with his snapshot - the ball went out for a goal kick. Qs's Nils Lening was shown a yellow card after 85 minutes for slicing down an opponent. 86 minutes into the game, Pewsum seemed a little tentative in their play as their organization fell to inadequate. The referee announced 1 minute of stoppage time, giving fans a slim hope that their team could get one more attack in before this was all over. The match ends 3 - 0. Qs enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 66 percent of possession.

Qs's best player was Hannes Seelen. Aleksi Talonen on the other hand, had a terrible day. Most important Pewsum player was Cole Gregory. However, Alejandro Luis Onieva made a disastrous appearance.
