A brilliantly sunny day had enticed a crowd of 2490 to Hölle des Gehörnten. Domingo Salgado was the appointed referee with assistance provided by and Antoine Ruggels. The match took place on neutral ground. Brüllaffen had chosen a strategic 4-4-2 formation. The following players took the field: Bontekoe - Trufan, Speciale, Coroneo, Yläkorpi - Tohoop, Adalakis, Boro, Alatas - Moroz, Balog.

Eintracht-Power tactics involved an interesting 3-5-2 combination. They fielded: Lotus - Kirchmair, Manteuffel, Schnabl - Klencke, Merillat, Casoni, Ristić, Schmid-Bauer - 靖良 (Jingliang), Segarra.

Brüllaffen created a good opportunity to score 7 minutes into the match when Franco Speciale's hooked ball from the left created a scuffle in front of the goal, and the visitors' defenders had a hard time clearing the ball. The teams went for the halftime break at 0 - 0. Brüllaffen claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 60 percent.

Jörn Klencke had a good opportunity to give Eintracht-Power the lead as he charged down the right and struck the ball towards the top corner, but the home team's goalkeeper made the save. Brüllaffen had to make a substitution after 72 minutes. Gaetano Coroneo limped off the field and was replaced by Ismail Hussain Zreeqat. Given a free kick close to the byline, Brüllaffen tried a move that loyal fans may recognise from training. A pass to the side pulled the defence out of position which let József Balog slip through on goal. He didn't have to break his stride, and slipped the ball past the keeper to make it 1 - 0, 73 minutes into the game. After 86 minutes, the visitors tied it up at 1 - 1 when a fantastic pass from the left was finished off by Raimon Segarra. Brüllaffen were very close to putting themselves one up after 87 minutes as Daniel Trufan got through on the left. However, his concentration failed him, and he shot wide. 88 minutes into the game, Jörn Klencke was a hair's breadth away from giving Eintracht-Power the lead with a shot from over on the left. A prompt block by Wladimir Bontekoe saved the home team that time. The goal to make it 2 - 1 was scored by Juho Yläkorpi after 89 minutes, following an opportunistic counterattack down the middle by Brüllaffen. Brüllaffen had most of the ball, with 60 percent of possession.

Brüllaffen's best player was Igor Moroz. However, Ismail Hussain Zreeqat made a disastrous appearance. Eintracht-Power's top performer was clearly Raimon Segarra. On the other hand, Ekkehard Lotus's play was disheartening. The match ends 2 - 1.
