The interview with new NT coach - Droopymaes.

Eveyrone who doesn't recognize him, should be really asahmed, as it seems quite impossible and rather ridiculous. He has been doing a great job for Bahrain and national teams. Right now it's his time, as he has just become a new NT coach! We know him in HT, but what about his private life?
Droopymaes (4630219) is a 25 years old man, who lives in Belgium and has been playing HT since 26.05.2006. His team F.C. Droopymaes is in V division of Belgian HT right now. He is a representative of Metal Industry and, what's interesting, he plays football at a local level. Droopymaes compared it to VI division of Belgian HT :) On the 15th of July he got married what makes his life very stable.

MemfiS: First of all, I would like to congratulate you. You're a new Bahraini NT coach! How do you feel?

Droopymaes: I'm very honored to be elected the Bahrain NT Coach! This means that many (at least 3) Bahrain users feel the need to continue the good work of Martismfg.

MemfiS: Don't you think that the group of managers who took a part in elections' voting was so small? Do you have any ideas how to encourage more people to vote next time?

Droopymaes: Yeah, I definitely agree. These 3 votes leave a bad impression too. I find the amount of votes very low, so I do think that we need to encourage the Bahraini people to take a part in the elections and the community. As mentioned in my election program, I plan to do that using My HT's and games.

MemfiS: What about your staff. Are you going to cooperate with the old one or you would like to extend it?

Droopymaes: I plan to work with the old staff and introduce some new managers. I have already talked to some of them and they are very eager to start the scouting or help me with tactics.

MemfiS: Are there any Bahraini managers willing to help you?

Droopymaes:: Unfortunately not. At this moment I really regret that there aren't Bahraini managers who would like to help me, but I am going to contact with the most active users and try to persuade them. After that, we can try to expand it.

MemfiS: What's more important for you: easily training of NT players or maybe qualification to the next round? Our group doesn't seem to be so difficult, do you believe you are able to achieve 2nd position?

Droopymaes: As I have already told, the first plan is to continue the great work and keep the players with the perfect training teams. This way we can 'produce' better players and try to go through the qualifications. Right now, we will do our best, but don't expact miracles ;-)

MemfiS: Do you plan to introduce new generation to NT? I mean players, who are 23, 24 years old. Do you want to give them a chance?

Droopymaes: I am going to depend on older players in general, nevertheless I will introduce some younger players. These players could get a chance, but this process doesn't mean that I will do everything to let them play - we don't need to throw away the qualification in order to accomplish this plan.

MemfiS: Do you know how to "force" Bahraini users to be more interested in our forum and NT/U20?

Droopymaes: Hmm, this question seems to be the most difficult. It's really similar to the second one. At first, we need to encourage them to become more active, and after that we can try to involve them in NT. As mentionend, the My HT's will be very important for that. We will see what will happen in the near future.

MemfiS: Are you going to still lead this thread: (14437065.1)? Or you will find somebody who will be responsible for it? By the way, it's a great campaign, is it possible to develop it more?

Droopymaes: I will try to continue the work of the FARM-Thread, but with the plans I'm having in mind, more people will be necessary. I want to indicate managers to follow age categories and list all the players. This will be done in an extern file, in this way we can follow the players much better. I have know no idea how yet, but if one of the players was for sale, the scout (or headscout / U-20 Coach / NT Coach) could try to find a manager for this player.

MemfiS: Thanks for the interview. I wish you a successful cadency!

Droopymaes: Thank you too. I would like to add that if you (Bahraini manager) are looking for help or advice, check this thread out (14290756.1).
