Until death do us apart...

I have always loved football, and I kept on searching for a game that will give me the satisfaction winning trophies as a manager, there was no other game that gave me any better than hattrick. This is my story.

I have been a fan of football since I was a little kid, and my love for the game grew day by day, year by year. FIFA series was my best friend, played almost every version since 1998, but in 2004, I discovered another series of games in Total Club Manager (Which is now fifa manager) and it was a stunning new experience, I loved it even more, the only down side to this was it was so boring to be played alone, and I started a long search along with one of my friends to find a game that enables you to manager your club, and enjoy multiplayer gaming, and then hattrick was discovered by us, and what a marvelous discovery it was.

We started playing in 2003, our home country was not listed yet, so we had to make a choice where to get our clubs, I was an Italian hardcore fan so I decided to run it in Italy. It was so funny when I had absolutely zero knowledge in the game, I kept on playing stupid formations with stupid linups, I had a belief that passing was the main skill for mids, I kept on changing my training every week, we were going no where, but we enjoyed our selves to the max challenging each other to friendlies and start bragging when we win. This is exactly what we have been searching for and exactly what we found.

We then discovered many other games but for us, hattrick was the one and the only, it was so easy to understand yet too hard to master, it needs patience and it needs brains. I will not start to lie here, I cheated in my first club, and I got banned and I will not lie here also, I deserved it :). But this didnt stop me, the love for the game grew a lot inside me to quit right here, I re-signed up for another club in Saudia Arabia, and there i started to read, I kept on reading and learning everything about this game, I kept on asking questions and getting the answers I wanted until I had decent experience, yet here again when I had enough to start conquering the world, I got another ban here, but this was unfair, but I dont want to discuss it, It happened and there was no way to change it.

My home country was added by the HTs, and so there is where I went, again this didnt stop me, I had a dream and I needed to fulfill it. Here I had enough experience to avoid the mistakes I made in my previous clubs, and I started the game the way it should be started, a coach and some trainees, and It was hard and boring at the start but soon I made some profit, some might not consider it an achievement, but I won my first Cup in my 5th season, the market inflation helped me a lot there, but I still won, and I was proud of myself.

I started to enjoy where I am now because I also became more and more active in the forums, I found my way into federations and made a lot of friends from all over the world, mostly from Europe, so logging everyday became a priority for me every morning, and staying online to reply to my friends was a necessity. I became so addicted to hattrick that I can forget my morning coffee but I never forgot to login.

I have always been happy playing this game, and I always planned to keep playing this game, and teach it to my kids someday, this is one of the best things that happened in my life, and I would love to take the opportunity to thank the HT team from the the very first day of hattrick until this moment, you all did a great job maintaining and developing the game, for that you deserve a huge respect.

Just a hint here, I would love to issue a warning to the whole world, you gotta be careful, because my next Target is the masters, and I will win it someday, just line pinky and brain did... oh dear I forgot, they didnt (x_x)


This is the beginning of my story, but surely this will not be the end, the story has a lot more in it, moments of glory to come.
