Short time ago Femusca86 became a national coach of Kenya. Now he holds two positions as he has done brilliant work to bring U20 team up.
I decided to make few questions about what is his strategy to bring national team also up.
Shortly, what are your main points to make the team successful?
“The plan of trainings. I must follow more players because at the moment I think our NT is not complete! We are not competitive in this qualifying, so I want to build many multiskill players with specialty, for example Offensive Defenders, Defensive Forwards and wings with tri-skill!”
What kind of benefits you see to be also a coach of Kenya U20 team?
“There are many benefits. The most important is to give different plans of trainings to all players. If a player does not have a correct age for Under 20, I can find an owner for him, to train him for NT. In this way we can have more choices and more number of players! The aim is to increase quality level of players!”
