-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We are proud to present you an Mongolian Official Hattrick Press (MOHP) and it's new project called Mongolian Interview Series. The aim of this project is to learn more about active users which are part of Mongolian community and familiarize them with each other. In this project we would like to cover as many active users as possible. Most of them will be Mongolian second team managers, but we look forward to make some interviews with local managers as well. We would like to make those interview on fortnightly or even monthly basis. I hope you enjoy.

TODAY'S INTERVIEW: _RaiDeR_(7686718)
MONGOL ULS CLUB NAME: RaiDeR World Allstars(986657)

Check it out:

MOHP: Tell us some things about you.

_RaiDeR_: My name is Michael. I live in a smaller Town near Bern, the capitol of Switzerland and tomorrow I can already celebrate my 28th Birthday.

MOHP: How did you find out about Hattrick?

_RaiDeR_: It was some years ago when friends around me talked about their Hattrick Team, their last league Games, Friendlies they played against each other and of course about the skillups of their players. Finally I wanted to take part of this challenge as well and founded my own team. All the other guys didn't know about it until I was strong enough to challenge them.

MOHP: Why you chose Mongolia for your second team?

_RaiDeR_: This sounds freaky, but I really made a "use-value analysis" in an excel document. Containing active Managers, average team Ratings, Playing Time etc. Mongolia was finally on the first Place and seemed to be the best place to chose.

MOHP: Does it mean that you were searching for the most easy way to HM? Tell us what goals do you want to achieve with your Mongolian team?

_RaiDeR_: Indeed, I have to admit I was looking for a small, easy country and make it to the top. My dream is winning the title in the Mongolian Premier League or the Cup title and playing once in the Hattrick Master. But this goal is still far away and there are a lot of good and also famous Managers with a 2nd team in Mongolia.

MOHP: Already not so far away, your team is the first Mongol Uls second team promoted to higher division. What do you think about it?

_RaiDeR_: I was really surprised about the current season. I was lucky in the important matches and I know that I'm not the best team in the II. So I'm very happy about the upcoming promotion.

MOHP: Do you have a long-term strategy for your team in Mongolia? If yes could you share your plans with us?

_RaiDeR_: First I would like to improve my team as fast as possible to be competitive. And beside my dream winning a big title I would like to stay as long as possible in the Premier League. All this needs a lot of money, so I need to train a lot of players, sell them with a high profit and for sure a bigger stadium.

MOHP: About the youth team, do you like to grow future stars in YA?
I know you have a young talent from your YA Batachikhan Sukhebaatar, he’s only 18 yo and already U-20 Mongol Uls player. Could your share with us what was his starting skills and age when promoting to senior squad? Do you plan to train your YA players in your club after promoting them like Batachikhan?

_RaiDeR_: The 2nd team gave me a good opportunity to test the YA-System. It's a lot of fun to know that even players with lower skills are potential U20 players. Batachikhan Sukhebaatar was one of the first players I picked and at the age of 17y 56d. He was solid at scoring and also in winger where he was 1 training away from excellent. I kept him because I train wingers anyway and soon he was nominated to play in the U20. Now I only have 1 player left in the YA with some usefull potential, but I'm not yet sure if I'll keep him.

MOHP: What do you think about new platinum supporter prices? Will you extend your platinum subscription? If you decide not to extend, it means that as soon as your platinum supporter subscription will ends you’ll loose your second team. So the main question is: For how long you decided to keep your second team alive?

_RaiDeR_: My platinum supporter runs out in around 1700 days, which is quite a lot. So I don't have to be worried about that yet. There are always a lot of changes in Hattrick, some are good, some are not. I'm not very confident with the raises at all, even though I'm not affected by it. I think a lot of managers won't extend their supportership. And without their platinum or gold status, they lose the fun playing the game at all. Less managers in the Game means less challenge and less fun for all other Players.

MOHP: How do you think is it fair that second team managers have no rights to vote during elections in Mongolia?

_RaiDeR_: I didn't make up my mind about that, but I think it's ok that only the native people have the right to vote a representer for their country.

MOHP: What do you think about flagchasing in HT?

_RaiDeR_: I do receive a lot of request every week for friendly games or flag exchanges. That's one thing in hattrick I was never interested in. But who knows, maybe one day, when everything else is boring, I start collecting flags as well.

MOHP: How do you see HT in the future? Are there any feature you would like to work on?

_RaiDeR_: I have a bad feeling about the number of active managers. You can read and see a lot about retirements everywhere. From the friends who made me play this game is no one left. Maybe some tactic modification could bring some fresh wind into the game.

MOHP: How do you see the game (is it playable for anyone? is it more economic-based game or a manager-based game? is the community a big part of the game? and so on)? What is your gaming philosophy in HT?

_RaiDeR_: The Game is hard for a beginner, because I think you need a lot of time to build a competitive team. And you may know as well that nowadays you don't have the patience to wait for something too long. Most of the people give up too early and you really need quite a lot of time to understand what the game is about. You don't need to know a lot about soccer, since it isn't very realistic. For me it's more economy based. Good players mixed with knowledge and of course some luck makes the difference. And good players coast a lot of money to buy and a lot of wage to keep them. My gaming philosophy in Hattrick is to build the best team possible and challenge the best managers in the Game.

MOHP: We thank you and wish you good luck!

_RaiDeR_: Thanks.
