leftarmover: This year's U/20's has been terrible...

An interview with leftarmover (11722940), boss of the Car Colours team (987655) and former Barbados NT & U20 Coach.

This year's U/20's has been terrible with a manager who has little or no grasp of the game or skills to communicate

- Could you please introduce yourself?
Hi - I am Leftarmover (real name Charles) and I am the Car Colours manager!

- Tell us something about your team. What is the inspiration for your team name? And how did you learn about Hattrick? Who is the favourite player you owned?
The team name comes from a team I played for when I was much younger. My son also plays Hattrick and he told me about it, and now I am much better than him!

- How do you see HT in the future? Are there any feature you would like to have developed or changed?
I think it has a solid base of players. It is slightly hard to get into the game, understand it all and see progress, but once you do it is very addictive. As for changes, I'd like to see more types of players, such as Sweeper, Target Man, Holding Midfielder etc with different advantages and disadvantages to them.

- Do you intend to lead the Barbados NT or the U-20 one day?
I have led both before. I prefer U/20's as it is more of a level playing field with bigger countries. We were top of qualifying group with 2 matches to go and we ended up 4th, but that was Barbados' best ever campaign. This year's U/20's has been terrible with a manager who has little or no grasp of the game or skills to communicate. The NT manager is great ;)

- Barbados is one of the smaller communities in Hattrick. Have you tried to encourage your friends/family to play HT?
Yes I have, and will continue to do so.

- What do you think about the possibility to manage an addiditional team? Is it good option for Barbados?
I think it is great, and anyone coming to strengthen the league in Barbados is welcome in my opinion.

- Most people are looking for the idea holiday destination. They know Barbados from idyllic images and Rihanna. How can you invite them to your country? Why they should choose Barbados?
Ha well, Barbados is the friendliest of the West Indian islands I think, much more British in manners than American, which you'll find more in Jamaica. Ha that is my opinion anyway. Obviously the weather is generally amazing, but people are friendly and well brought-up by parents. The island is beautiful and the cricket is great too, although not so much recently.
