Interview with the Top Yemen Managers

This is the first of a several interviews with the best managers in Yemen.
You can find here their projects, their strategies on the market and some advices for the training.
My aim is to help new or local users to improve their team following the best managers or just get some ideas for the team.
The first interview is with an italian manager. He won a lot in Yemen and he reached the "Serie A" in Italy 2 years ago, so a benchmark for everyone.

- Could you please introduce yourself?
Hello, I'm Vincenzo, I'm 44 years old and I live in Rome with my wife and my 3 childern (they are 3,4 and 8 years old).
I was the owner of ChaVi+3 (2016787) and I managed it from May 2013 to January 2017.
I began my hattrick adventure in 2010 with my italian team ChaVi (1690414) and I climbed from 11 levels in 13 season (from XI to I) without playoff

- Tell us about your team, your goals and your future plans
I opened my second team with the aim to play the Hattrick Masters and become one of the strongest team in the world.
Then I decided to change my goal and start to focus just on the training of Fabio "the genius" Aschieri (331754253): I brought him to a bronze and a silver in the world cup with the italian NT.
Even if my team lost a lot of competitiveness, I won 1 Yemeni Cup and 2 Yemeni League.
Now I'm going to abandone the Yemen team in order to try again the climb in Italy and come back in Serie A.

- Tell us about your feeling with the market. Do you trade daily or you have a long term strategy? What kind of player are you looking for? How much time do you spend on transfer market each day?
I discovered the market when I opened the Yemen team but I really traded just during the last year and only with the italian team (when I was something like a bot).
I also discovered that trading is very funny and I usually spend 1 hour every day for it: I trade only forwards.
For the long term strategy, I have trained TDF for years: they are the best players in the hattrick world.

- Tell us how it's a normal day in HT.
It depends from the day of the week: some of them are dedicated to the team with the preparation of the saturday matches while others like the friday, I spend my time only for the italian NT.
In my free time I think also to the federations, the tutoring and scouting for the italian NT.

- How did you create a so strong team?
My yemen team was less strong of the target I had but the project has grown togheter with my player Aschieri.
After some season of Skill Trading, I accumulated something around 20kk euros. With the 75% of them, I bought Aschieri and other 2 TDF that I could train with him. With the 25%, I bought over 32 players in every other position.
I focused my attention and my finances expacially on the midfield and keeper because I usually played 2-5-3. My wingers were also not so good because TDFs helped a lot on both the sides.
My financial statements was always positive so that I could reinforce my team and change my players when they were 35 years old.

- What would you change if you could start again?
I think I'll change some bad results that brought me the Yemeni cup only in the last season!

- Why did you choose this country? Are you connected to it somehow (RL or HT)?
I was a random choice: I read something about Yemen on the forum but nothing more.

- What's your feeling with national teams? Are you interested in them?
As I said previously, I'm involved in the italian NT management and I was also the head TDFs scout.
During the last seasons, I helped also with tactics and my passion for it is growing day after day.
It is really interesting world where people work like a team and you can find a lot of good friend; You can play with the strongest players in hattrick and everything is carefully calculated.

- Do you intend to lead the NT or the U-20 of some specific country one day?
I would like to do it but with 3 childern I think it will be impossible: I couldn't be online during the matches or in the last minutes before them.
Moreover during summer on winter holidays I won't have the time to prepare a match.
I could be a strong candidate when my childen will be teenager but... will hattrick still exist???

- What do you think about the Yemen u20 and NT? Give us one or more advices for the coaches.
In the last years yemen national teams had italian coaches; honestly I didn't follow them so much and I think it's really hard to give them advices from the outside.
Only people that live the NT every day can really know the situation of the best players and have a 360° opinion about them. Criticisms and advices are, in my opinion, useless.
