Interview with the Top Yemen Managers (2)

This is the second round of interviews with the best managers in Yemen.
You can find here their projects, their strategies on the market and some advices for the training.
My aim is to help new or local users to improve their team following the best managers or just get some ideas for the team.
The second interview is with maryusika, owner of Broscute (1799055). He is 1° at the moment in the Yemen League thanks to great strategies and really really good players.

- Could you please introduce yourself?

I play Hattrick since 2003, having a break for two years. In this game I found a lot of wonderful people, this being, maybe, the reason that I'm still here nowadays.

- Tell us about your team, your goals and your future plans

Into the first season, my Youth Academy scouts found me this player: Suleiman Saeed (387153096). At 17 years old, he already had solid scoring, inadequate PM and PS. My team plan was created around him. Unfortunately, his age made him to be part of the World Cup generation and, in this way, he didn't play any game for U-20. I fully trained him since he was 17 years old, except the weeks he was injured. I hope he's going to be part of the NT one day, his potential being around 2142 right now, but, on his last skill raise, he reached 2210.

- Tell us about your feeling with the market. Do you trade daily or you have a long term strategy? What kind of player are you looking for? How much time do you spend on transfer market each day?

Right now, I don't spend too much time on Transfer List for Yemen's club, but I do have some filters for some interesting players for my team. I have more transfers at my main club in this period, but I still don't dedicate too much time on this. In 20-30 minutes, my whole list of players is created for the next three days.

- Tell us how it's a normal day in HT.

I have to admit that I do spend a lot of time on Hattrick. I can't say I have any stereotype, my days being different. Sometimes I just read the conference. Other days, I check the TL, but I also dedicate myself a lot for National Teams.

- How did you create a so strong team?

I don't think my team is that strong. A part of my players are trained by me for many seasons, but some of them were recently bought.

- What would you change if you could start again?

Considering the changes on the players contributions, I would also do some movements on my training plan. As an example, I could train the DFWs more at scoring, in order to use them as FWNs, too.

- Why did you choose this country? Are you connected to it somehow (RL or HT)?

I wished to be part of a country with less users, since my own Youth Academy players could have bigger chances to play into the National Team. Also, another factor was that I could reach the first division faster and even the HTM participation would be easier.

- What's your feeling with national teams? Are you interested in them?

Yes, definitely, I am very interested on this subject. I'm directly implicated in different activities about National Teams. A little bit more seasons ago, I was also the U-20 coach of Saudi Arabia.

- Do you intend to lead the NT or the U-20 of some specific country one day?

Yes, I would love to, being an unique experience that I would like to be part of it again.

- What do you think about the Yemen u20 and NT? Give us one or more advices for the coaches.

From my point of view, I think a better communication between the coaches would be great. Right now, the interaction between them and the users that are having a team in this country is low. They should try to attract as many users as possible and, in this way, they'll find more scouts or trainers for the National Teams. In this moment, Yemen NTs look like a restricted subject.
