The importance to have a youth team

It's important to have/open a youth team in order to create more players and make them stronger and then have better results with u20 and NT.

They are important for the team-clubs too in order to pay less salaries using players of your same nation and with the new changes your team will have better stats in any match.

It's very important to have a youth team for some ways in hattrick and every coach should have one.

In a small ht-nation like Mongol Uls is still more important: there are few users and few teams so there are also few players from Mongol Uls that can be useful for a club and so every local coach have to take some foreign players and give them 20% extra-salary.

It's a big problem for u20 and NT too because the choices are few and with them, the results too.
Having few "births", some of them happens in bad period to be useful for the u20 while others are lost for injuries or for bad choices by their owners so the good players are still less than what should be.

Moreover with the new changes in HT for the next seasons, a player born in your youth team and trained by you can play better than another player with the same skills taken from the market.

So every week, call your scout and choose a player from the ones they propose to you and every week promote a player from your youth team in your senior team.
If he is useful to you, train him and you'll have a quick return in team-stats while if he is not useful for your programs put him on Transfer-lists and you'll have more money to make stronger your team and your economy.

With more mongolian players your team-club will become stronger, your u20 will become stronger, your NT will become stronger!
