The U-20 Elections

The elections time is one of the most important parts of the season, as each player can not only vote for his favourite candidate, but also express and share his own opinion. I would like to try to encourage everybody to take a part in the elections and write something about National Teams.

1. "Why is it so important to vote ?" - an average player asked.

There are many reasons. It seems to me that all players should be at least a bit interested in National and U-20 Teams. You have to remember that your favourite manager might become a coach in the close future and the results would depend generally on him. He will be doing his best by 2 seasons. What's more, NT is connected with additional thrills - it's a great adventure to support your National Team, be happy after spectacular victory and forgiving after unfortunate defeat. NT matches usually unify everybody.
Even if our National Team doesn't become World Champion, we have a chance to compare it with other ones.
That's why it's so crucial to VOTE.

2. "Ok, you persuaded me. How can I vote? Where can I discuss?"

Here (15299560.1) you can check all candidates and if you want to be one of them, you have a chance to advertize yourself.
In this thread (15302527.1) you can share your opinion, discuss with other users and ask candidates questions. You can also get to know some interesting facts connected with NT and HT.
If you want to vote for the best candidate, visit this site (/World/Elections/Default.aspx?LeagueID=123). You have to choose one of the presented candidates. In such a way you support your favorite and you may make him a winner.

3. "Could I help to develop NT/U-20?"

Yes, of course. If you want to help, you should talk to the present coach and declare your willingness to work. You, Bahraini managers, are responsible for the most important factor - players. You should keep youth academies and take care of young players, who could be a future star.

This article is rather short (taking into account that there are so many cases connected with NT), but I hope that it might have encouraged somebody to be more active and interested in NT, and of course to VOTE. So check the candidates out, give one of them your VOTE and have a hope that he'll become a new U-20 coach.
