[YA] Open Scouting Project

New U-20 crew, new methodologies, new possibilities...
I am happy to introduce a new project involving the Youth Academies (YA) in Saudi Arabia.

Each of you is invited to assist the staff in the search for talents to be addressed long before their promotion (at the age of 17 years) in their first team.

To perform in a more practical and effective manner this activity, it will be very helpful to use "Foxtrick" (a Firefox extension created specially for hattrick) which will help you to better recognize the players and their YA deadlines (represented by the date of promotion to the first team, for example: "this players could be promoted in 20 days")

What is exactly to do?

I want you to become a kind of detectives ^_^;
as a matter of fact the scouts are already a sort of investigators which care for the development of the players maintaining constant contact with the owners.

Your task will be to go through the Youth Series of Saudi Arabia, starting from "Al Dawry Al Momtaz"...and moving forward, moving slowly towards the minor leagues (II.1 / II.2 / II.3/ II.4 ---> the III°, etc.) reporting this tipes of players:

- 15years with 6 or more stars;
- 16years with 7 or more stars, that could be promoted at 17 years and a few days;
- 17years with 7 or more stars, that should already have been promoted, but which have been forgotten by their owners and currently risk to became useless due to aging....every day that passes is precious.

How to report players in this -->(15770176.1) thread?

When you find an interesting player it is important to report him properly, I refer especially to the "ID link" of the player which should be a "Youth player tag" and which is different from the normal "player tag".

It is also important to put the current date and the name of the first team (which is the owner of the player) with its ID;

The final product should look like this:

22/06/2012 -> Malik Kaseem [youthplayertid] - Real Riyadh [teamID]

note: the process is a bit different for people using an APPLE product.

Important

- before reporting a player, please make sure it has not already been reported by another scout.
- first of all, you have to control if the owner connects regularly, otherwise any contact would be useless (unless you do not like talking to a potential BOT team ^_^)
- try not to take up a posting for each reporting --> edit your message adding the new reporting with the current date; this way we maintain order...and our moderators will be happy.

What will the u-20 coach(or his assistants) do?

- I will help in searching for players
- I will settle the players into categories (defenders, midfielders, wings, forwards)
- I will give you assistance by answering your questions
- I will give you directions on how to proceed and what to communicate to the owners
