Summary about all coaches!

I have found,like many managers(the new relative),are not too informed about your team coaches and they want,than a excellent coach.(It's a excellent coach,this i want it,it's a best),but they don't know and other typs of coaches and the yield that they give.
The coach "is a fictional character" important,responsible for training and motivating players.

1.Types of coaches are:

1.Excellent
2.Solid
3.Passable
4.inadequate
5.weak

The yield of each coach differ well,speed trainings and their efficiency.

The excellent coach-The efficiency of the excellent coach is 105%.
The solid coach-The efficiency of the solid coach is 100%.
The passable coach-The efficiency of the passable coach is 90,9%.
The inadequat coach-The efficiency of the inadequate coach is 83,3%.
The weak coach-The efficiency of the weak coach is 71,4%.

2.Hiring a trainer

A coach can be brought "from outside" (My Club>Training>Change coach),or a player may be converted from of his own team as coach.

a).the coach brought in from outside

-The coach brought her immediately "in role" replacing the old coach.

-The replacement of the old coach with the new coach has no special influence over the team spirit, the effect being the same as a player recently bought.
-Previous head coach continues to be part of the group but no longer has any influence on training and no longer can be sold or pledged that ever and trainer.

TO REMEMBER:THE COACH BROUGHT IN FROM OUTSIDE IS VERY EXPENSIVE.

b).Player converted as coach

It is much more cost effective as a coach brought outside.
Must be taken into account the player bought price to be made a coach.

3.LeaderShip

Besides the quality of the coach quallities,it's a quality namely that of leader.
This quality of leader has no influence over training or on speed workouts.
The quality of a leader of the coach is higher with both lower TS it's slower.
If we are interested only trainer or/and lower division team intro you can use the coach whit low leader.

!A coach employee soon they will keep the leadership at least one season,after you drop the leader will begin to diminish the quality of the coach.

4.Types of coach:

The coach may be : offensive, defensive or neutral.

Offensive coach:offers a bonus of 8% attack ratings but a decrease in the ratings of Defense.
Defensive coach:offers a bonus of 14% defense rating but a decrease in the rating of offensive.
Neutral coach:does not influence in any way the ratings.
