The Jordanian national team

My dear friends, my dear countrymen, my dear managers in Jordan. I am not gonna talk about how the national teams work, I am going to just go through the basics on national teams and what is our duty to this team. It is our duty to help the national teams and make sure we get good results, this is not profitable, this is not easy, but the honor of it is what we are all seeking to get.

My dear friends, the national teams are split into two age levels, the U20 team and the senior NT squad, they are both involved into the world cups of their respective level, they start with a qualifications round that involves the whole world, it is not like the real world cup where every continent has its own qualifications system, but the draw is made on the whole world's teams. The draw is made by splitting the countries into different skill group, each depends on the previous world cup results and a rating points is give depending on those results, the better your results are the higher the rating points you achieve, the better the skill group is. Here are what is expected from you if you really care about your national team, this will not gain you any profit for your club in general, this will not give you any bonus, but it is just the glory that we are seeking, it is just the bragging rights.

1- Elections

Every season an election is held after the seasonal break, it is in rotation for the spots of the NT manager and the U20 manager, as every qualifications and elections for the same team is made every two seasons.

The national team needs a good manager to be successful and there is no better way to ensure that but being a part of the elections, you can go to the local forums and get involved with the elections discussions, you will meet the candidates and from their answers and their experience you will pick your favorite candidate and vote for him, being the NT manager is not an easy task, it is a duty and a very hard one, it needs lots of time, patience and game knowledge to be successful there, so make sure you make the right choice always if you are aiming for improvement and success.

2- Taking care of your youth

To have a strong team, we need some good quality players, and to have that we surely need a good pool of players to choose from, and that needs the efforts of every single manager in Jordan to have that, you need to take care of your youth.

Some of you don't have much time to spend on hattrick we know, so the scouting network should be your choice, make sure you pull a player every week, new players are always available every Sunday for you to pull. Always cross your fingers, you need to be lucky to get good players. But if you have time and you login more often, the youth academy should be the way to go, it is not really that time consuming, you just need to discover all your players at the beginning because all your players will be anonymous, so you need to pull players and train them between 15-19 years old, well you better focus on the youngest players and pull them as soon as they hit 17 for better results, there are plenty of youth guides over some federations, you can google them or ask me or in the forums for help on this matter.

3- Train your talents

Sometimes you pull a good player, and some of those you will think about selling because there is some good cash for you, but understand this, not all your talents will be trained by professionals, some of those talents will be wasted and will never get the chance to join the NT ranks. So sometimes you need to train some of your players, this will not be fully for the NTs advantage, it will benefit you as well.

Training your own youth pulls will give many advantages such as
. Your pulls will have the heart symbol, which means you will have the max bonus for loyalty, which increases the players ratings.
. Your player will be local, so he will have lower wage than the foreign players at the same skill.
. If you train your player will he might join a NT, by that for every game he will play he will have a wage reduction and a high experience bonus, which will make him even better.

So basically by that, you will be both benefiting yourself and the NT at the same time, way to go.

4- Help the NT manager

This is my final point, and the most important. You don't need to be criticizing the current NT manager, this won't help very much, you might dislike the decisions he is making, so you can discuss it with him in the local forums or via HT-Mail, don't be harsh, be friendly and become a successful part of the community, good discussions is always productive, flaming is usually destructive.

Try and help them whenever you can, advice, scouting players all over the place or come up with brilliant new ideas, it will always help, you will always help.

I hope this will help you guys understand what you can do to help the NTs of our country, we need to be working together, we need to brag our NTs, so lets start this by joining the forums and know more about each other, and then we can start developing our country towards a better and brighter HT.
