Mongolian Interview Series - Phobos86

Mongolian Official Hattrick Press (MOHP) and it's new project Mongolian Interview Series presents it's second interview. We are still looking forward to interview one of the local managers, however without any success for the moment, but we will try to get it sooner or later.

Here we go:

MOHP: Tell us some things about you.

Phobos86: I am from Austria, and i am a manager of 2 online football clubs ;-) as i told you, no questions about my person please ;-)

MOHP: Ok, how did you find out about Hattrick?

Phobos86:2 friends of mine played HT, at first i just watched them play, i found it a bit childish, but after few months i tried it myself and began to like and love it

MOHP: Why you chose Mongolia for your second team?

Phobos86: Simple answer: I was looking for a land with not more than 3 or 4 leagues and week and/or young teams in order to easily proceed to premier league. But it's not as easy as i thought ;-)

MOHP: Do you have a long-term strategy for your team in Mongolia? If yes could you share your plans with us?

Phobos86: Nothing special. I want to create a team based on my own youth-players instead of buying old grandpa's. Of course it is necesary to buy players on non-training positins. I think Mongolia is a land were well trained players from the youth team can also play in first line up after some seasons. So, thats my plan, step by step to premier league.

MOHP: What do you think about new platinum supporter prices? Will you extend your platinum subscription? If you decide not to extend, it means that as soon as your platinum supporter subscription will ends you’ll loose your second team. So the main question is: For how long you decided to keep your second team alive?

Phobos86: I will definitely keep my team alive, so i will extend platinum for sure. i cant say for how long exactly, i guess as long as it makes fun... it's quiet expensive in my opinion, but anyway i will pay the price.

MOHP: What do you think about flagchasing in HT?

Phobos86: I dont really care about flaggs, i think there are more interesting things in HT than collecting flaggs.

MOHP: Do you follow NT and U-20 Mongol Uls?
How do you think is it ok that second team managers have no rights to vote during elections in Mongolia?

Phobos86: No i don't. There is no connection between me and NT Mongolia. I think that's ok. Maybe they should allow 2nd team mangers to vote after they have played 5? or more seasons.

MOHP: Nice suggestion.
How do you see HT in the future? Are there any feature you would like to work on?

Phobos86: Definitley!!! I would like to decrease the Midfield in HT. Actually MF is everything (almost), and i don't like that so much. And i would like that ALL players get training, also those who do not play on a non-traing position. For example you train defending, your forwrds also gain defending-training. Maybe a bit less than a real defender.
A new manager who decides to train something else than MF has serious troubles, i think thats one reason why so many leave HT

MOHP: I tried to interview manager of Boston Barbabians who won the Mongolian cup this season playing with only midfield based tactic, but he didn't reply to me. I know you played with him in same league. What do think about teams like his with only grandpas 34 yo and older?

Phobos86: It makes no sense to create a team like that. No trainees, no fun, no long term success, and problems with stamina because of the age. And: no money by selling trainees. So i think in 2 or 3 seasons the babarians are history
