Make youth academies and train,train,train!!!!

I have wrote how can you make youth academy and train good players...

NOW:
Dawlat Qatar has 50-100 active users.From this 15-20 have a useful academy.To say neither is needed that the national teams do not have a big electoral opportunity between circumstances like this.It would be the our aims that at what let there be more academies in the little country...

How to make Academy???
Click "My Club" group,under this click to "Youth Team" group.In that click to "overview''.Here we can make Youth Academy.

How train good players???
Let us employ 3 scout.Let us put it into a given position onto a playful search.Call they every week.At least weak skill let us buy players taking action only up.Let us enter for a junior championship.The training let us position it under a menu item two different training types.Play all players in all match in theirs position.

Goalkeepers(Goalkeeping/Defending)
Wingbacks(Defending/Crossing)
Central Becks(Defending/Playmaking)
Wingers(Crossing/Short passes)
Inner Mildfinders(Playmaking/Defending)
Forwards (Scoring/Short Passes)
You get a meaning from the trainer after all matches from the training.If an ability of a player turned into yellow one then attained his maximum.If the players have 17.th bearthday lets pull they.Listen!!!You can pull them up after a day spent on 112 academies.

Sell him:
