My name is Rufus Pandora, Nigeria U20 New Coach.
The U20 had great achievement from my predecessor's (previous management). I must commend them for their success: bringing home the HT U20 African Cup. And if you agree with me that era & generation is gone. It's now a new Age, a new Generation springing forth. New Adventure.
Nigeria is a large community, with people around the world on great interest in the Nigerian community.
But it is not about you, not about me, nor about personal interest, but it's about the right approach, right mindset, the right people with the time dedicated to do a proper job effectively and efficiently for greater success and historical achievement.
Achieving these calls for broader and wise scouting for right players, tactics & strategy, involving everyone.
Knowing this I'm committing the scouting for the Next Generation of Nigeria's U20s to the safe care of my scouting team.
And I call out as a crying trumpet on all managers & coaches, individuals & groups, personal & team interest, past/present having interest for the U20 in the Nigerian community around the world of HT to give their support , opinion & help through my scouting crew.
