Iraq is waiting for you

I ventured into a simple reflection on why and how to improve our national teams: youth teams.

As you well know, the real engine that feeds the national teams and the game is youth, simply because there is no possibility of growth of a nation that is not bound to this aspect.
Over the years, we have had a national team that is not always very competitive due to the scarcity of the audience from which to draw and the short time to make the players suitable to compete with other realities, often much better structured.
Unfortunately Iraq is not a very active community, it boasts only 77 users, and not all (lawfully) have chosen to open a youth team that, often times, requires a lot of investment in the face of results that are not always satisfactory and above all not in a short time .
However, we have a good group of second teams, users who have chosen Iraq in which to build a lasting project, devoted to the creation of new young stars and who have certainly brought a good breath of oxygen to the national teams.
For example, recently the contribution of HenningO (659835), ElShau (8094438), Fieldy84 (7218493), HPE-regia5 (911825), magical alverman (7682294) and finally the local user Kurda10 (12920241) who with their latest promotions have made an excellent contribution to the cause has been commendable and fundamental.
Obviously different the matter related to the NT where having more time to train a player and more ways to train him ad hoc, you can also use all those players who are not suitable for the U20.
Not surprisingly, unlike the U20, the NT managed to obtain a prestigious result: 2nd place in the XXVIII world championship in Lithuania.

What to do?

Although not very experienced in the matter (in fact I have recently opened the youth team), I suggest to all users, if interested and with a thriving economy, to take the path of youth that, moreover, are certainly fun, stimulating and not least profitable.
Suffice it to say that you are much more likely to have players with a future as a national player by virtue of the fact that there are not many users.
To this I add a formal invitation to all those who love the world of national and youth teams; Iraq is the right place to grow and grow young lions and to be able to get rid of many satisfactions.
I believed it and I did it; what are you waiting for ??? !!!
