Waking Brunei

I got here over 2 seasons, and i was active in BNTTC and Brunei forum, but about every 15th manager that is posting is local, Bruneian user. That is bad, because if any NT and U-20 have desire to progress, local users are needed.

Before joining BNTTC i was in SST, Serbian Scouting Team. In Serbia many managers are interested in NT and U-20, and their work. We have so many users in SST, that we can't figure up new positions for managers that want to help. Many of them have title Newbie or Retired, and they are actively working on fed forum. I got Retired title when i become NT coach here, cause i wasn't able to commit to SST anymore, but Baki(current NT coach) and managers from SST know that they can count on me if they need me.

My goal was, and still is, to make strong NT and help U-20 and jolbe to make strong U-20 so hole Brunei can make success on WCs. Last season jolbe did great job and qualified for WC. That resulted with bigger interest in NT and U-20 by local users.

Currently there are few games on forum, where we are trying to wake up locals. In BNTTC we now have much more users, so we can increase quality of scouting, and working.

Many managers that are Newbies or Retired in SST are just commenting on fed forum. When you have 20 managers that are commenting some decisions or plans, you can easier pick the best one, or come up with best one. That is what we want to do in BNTTC. National Brunei forum is now much more active, than it was last season, and that is great. But i'm afraid that it won't die when elections end, and season begin.

For living up forum local, Bruneian, users are necessary. We have few of them now on forum, but that isn't enough.

Brunei is small country and success can only come with local support!

Thanks for your time, Dule.
