Update with match lineups bug
We would like to inform you that the recent bug affecting match lineups in certain leagues has been successfully resolved. Our development team has re-simulated the affected matches using the original data, and all updates have been reinstated. All player and team statuses are back to normal.
We appreciate your patience and support during this process and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
UPDATE: The final details with series tables, top scorers, finances and achievements are also solved now.

Issues with match lineups in some leagues
Because of a problem in the match engine this Saturday morning, the lineups and ratings for home teams in league matches were wrong. The affected leagues are:
Chinese Taipei
China
Mongol Uls
Vietnam
Kampuchea
Hong Kong
Indonesia
România
It's complicated for us to try to resimulate those matches during the weekend while matches for all leagues are being played, so for now we have paused updates for these leagues and will do our best to roll back the matches and related updates, and resimulate them on Monday.
The match data has been saved, so even if the resimulation takes place on Monday, it will be with the player status and all values from today.

Technical issue with push notifications in our Android app
UPDATE: We've fixed the Android app's push notification problem. To continue receiving updates, please update to the latest version once it's available on the Google Play Store. Usually, it takes a few hours.
We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the push notifications in our Android app. Our development team is actively working to resolve this issue and restore normal functionality as soon as possible.

Release notes 13th July
The following improvement has been released:
• You will now have the ability to retire your current player-coach into the Hall of Fame. This can be done from the player page in the same way that you would fire or promote any player but with the difference that in this case he will remain being your coach. This has also been specified in the message before you confirm.

Release notes 28th February
The following improvement has been released:
• We released a new system that keeps track of NT related offenses similar to what is already in use on the forum side of things. We will also clear everyone's ban slate (except for a handful of managers that took things a step too far in the past), so we all start afresh.

Server move update & Downtime
The server move is going well so far. All hardware have reached the destination and today we are installing the equipment.
We would like to point out that in our initial communication we mentioned that the final downtime would be today, Tuesday, morning. It will in fact be tomorrow morning, as is also showed in the current downtime information on the site.
We hope to have everything back to full working order (including the match archives) by Wednesday evening.

New Leagues & Campaign
Many users are taking advantage of the current Platinum campaign to try out starting a secondary team in one of the three new leagues Nepal, Burkina Faso and Grenada. Here are a few things that you may want to know regarding this:
* The new leagues had a problem at the start because new teams did not get any players. This was resolved before the weekend.
* We ran out of slots for new teams in Burkina Faso and Grenada. Yesterday, these two leagues got a new division which means there are plenty of room again for anyone that wants to join there. However: With the added divisions, late arrivals are likely start one division lower than the first ones. If you choose Nepal, everyone will start in the same level. Your choice.
* We extended the Platinum campaign to Wednesday midnight (one more day)
* The National Cup for the new leagues will be created on Thursday morning. If you get a team before then, you will get a place in the Cup for the first season.
* The 16-week rule normally restrict users to open a new additional team if less than 16 weeks have passed since the opening of a previous additional team. This rule has been temporarily suspended until midnight, March 1.

Rating Bug Solved
We have fixed a bug which affected the contributed of loyalty to the match ratings of your team. In general, it caused players with high loyalty (such as homegrown players) to perform worse than expected, while players with less loyalty might have performed better than expected. Matches were affected from Wednesday last week, while fixes have been out since this afternoon. We are sorry for the problem and grateful for the help we have had from users when troubleshooting the issue.

Qualification matches for HTAL
The qualification matches for the Hattrick Anniversary League were not created as they should have this weekend. We are working on this and the correct matches should appear in your match lists soon, hopefully during the Monday afternoon.

Double update
In some leagues, the daily update that includes fans and training intensity ran two times instead of once - on Wednesday and Thursday instead of just on Thursday. This was caused by a bug that has been fixed now so we don't expect it to happen again. The extra update will not be reversed but effects will normalize over time. We're sorry for any potential issues caused by this.

Emerald Cup redraw: Resend match orders
The draw for next week’s Emerald challenger cups was incorrect, in all leagues. We have redrawn these Cups today. This means all teams now have the correct opponents.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The redraw meant we had to discard all existing match orders for these cups. If you already sent match orders for next week’s Emerald cup match, you need to submit new orders. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Ruby cup problems
Because of an issue with the next cup round in all Ruby cups, we unfortunately had to delete all those cup matches for next week and recreate them.
Affected users who already submitted orders for their ruby cup match will need to resubmit their match orders and each affected user should have received an HT-mail informing them of this mishap. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Slow site this weekend
The hardware replacement we installed this week is the reason the site is slower than normal. The new hardware is identical to our old one, so the problem is not that it is underdimensioned, but rather there is something in the configuration that is not optimized. We will keep working on this, but we expect the site to stay slow for the rest of the weekend. We are sorry about this. We are still seeing the consequewnces from the downtime last week.

The revolution is over
All good things come to an end, but also some bad ones.
The bad thing that we decided to end today was the existence of the “Join my revolution!” achievement, as it has been the cause of two types of spamming - both in terms of team signups, which lead to extra work for GMs, but also in-game spamming between users.
If you had already gained this achievement, you will be able to see it as a disabled achievement. But it will no longer count in your point total and no new ones will be handed out.

More cup draws didn't works as expected and new cup draws are being made for the following involved leagues:
• Coupe de France (France)
• KNVB Beker (Netherlands)
• Puchar Polski (Poland)
• Switzerland Cup (Switzerland)
• Copa de España (Spain)

Cup draws resolved
Yesterday, the Round 2 cup draws for Italy and Germany did not work as intended. The bug causing this has been fixed and new cup draws made for the leagues involved.
